I know this may be an old game, but I had just found it a few days ago it looks cool but I don't know where to buy it at. Can any of you help me? My friend said if you buy the CD you get free online play.

Well you get 15 (I think? o_O Something like that...) free days on the official server before you have to pay.
I personally play on private servers because it's a rip off on iRO. It sucks up too much of your life because the rates are too slow. I play with my friends on a nice 10/10/8 server. Look around on info about private servers if you're interested.

Yes, it's 15 days. I quit playing long ago after getting my... what, 22nd assassin to max level on a different private server than the last 21. >_> I put so much time into RO that I'm entirely sick of the game. I heavily reccomend private servers, iRO is an enormous waste of time and money. On iRO, I went someodd three months and still didn't reach assassin. >_> Then again, I was lazy on iRO. >.> |

I'm playing on Age of Chaos. It's great if you push aside this awful skill error that's come about from the server change. XD
Yeah, I agree with you, Cloud-kun. e_e I mean, you really have to obsess to get a character to second class on iRO. I really don't see how people can continue to play it with how slow it starts going. I mean, my jvRO Priest is Lv 93 and I've only been playing maybe... two months? And not that much, either. And it's now going like as slow as it goes on iRO at like level 38. <_<;

I'm.. obsessive about online games when I play. Which is why I entirely hate RO now, I played the hell out of it. To elaborate how obsessive I was, I played on a 5/5/5 server, and hit level 56 in a day. I actually outleveled my partner that started there a week before me. :/
I've played a couple uberhighratewtfhax servers, even a joke server a friend made; 1 poring = level 250. I had my speakers all the way up, nearly went deaf. x_X
The most balanced leveling I've been on was the afforementioned 5/5/5 server, but 10/10/10~ are good too. I had a level 98 sin on a 10/10/10 server before one of the GMs abused his power and gave bunch of people some unfair advantages, causing the owner to(very childishly) annihilate the server and start a new one. That's the biggest flaw in private servers; there are very few that have GMs that condone a professionalist attitude.
I give it half a year before I'm sick of Maplestory. >_> |

I used to get pretty obsessive with games, but since I try to devote a lot of time to my artwork now, I've stopped doing that. I couldn't possible obsess in RO though, because once it starts going slow it's just not fun enough to. I really play it just because it's something I can do with the friends that live hundreds of miles away.
I think 10/10/10 is the best. I haven't tried any others, but with my time and how much I like to play, I don't think 5/5/5 would be for me. I would like to try one of those 100/100/xx ones just to try out some Rebirth characters and such, since it takes so long to get to one. And I don't like GMs like that, yeah. o_o so far nothing that bad's happened here, except for having to download an incredibly slow 900 MB bittorent file that barely anyone was seeding.
It took me a week to get sick of Maple Story. It really sucks in comparison. And it's worse than iRO! XD

The server I play on is 100/100/25 o.o Its fun >w< You can get a chara up to level 99 in a day with some patience and knowledge of where to level XD Max level is 175. Ive reborn'd eh....4/5 of the charas I plan to reborn lol. My Sniper, I got to transcendent class in 3 days XD

How slow is it? My average download speed is 7-12K and I've downloaded it by leaving my computer on for a couple of days. XD

Ah.. I play on AndzRO Servers. Since they got them cool Taekwon classes.
I really hated it when I had to download BOTH kRO and Sakray. Then AndzRO told me not to get kRO and just do a little trick to get it to work.
I love this game, I can't stop! |

Theres this other server with 2000/2000/Ithink100 rates ._O;; With rates like that, you can get to lvl 99, reborn and get back to 99 within a day >_>
