What Video Games do you want to see as anime?

I seriously doubt Final Fantasy Tactics would make a good anime because of its style.

However Like HiKaizer said Goldensun could make a good short legnth anime, surely not a full 50 episode anime, with what they have from two games, that would be stretching it, though with all the Djin, and the side bosses in Golden Sun 2, the ones like the wizard, and the other side bosses, I believe their were four of them. So the two games would make a very good 30 some episode series, I bet with the stuff they add in as ANIME ONLY would make it a very good 50 episode series.

Well, if they added in Character development they could. Think about it; campfires, inns and all that kind of thing where it happens but isn't shown in the game. Also the fact that the game only had some small dialogue even after some shocking events, this could easily be exploited for character development in an Anime. Then think about Rockman EXE, they turned that into a full length 50 Episode season using mostly EXE 1 and 2. It can be done, sure it might stretch things a little but it's quite possible.

-Megaman Zero (NOT like the manga where Zero is a whiny crybaby)

Well there are many games that would be nice to see as animes or what ever, including Golden Sun, Boktai, a Lunar DS OVA. But I guess I'll look at this the other way because this just poped into my head and I already posted that I would like to see the above mentioned games as animes.

Since this topic is asking what games would make good animes why not look at it in a different light as well, I was wondering why do some Cartoons, not necesarily anime, that would make decent games get left out of being Gamified. And shows/cartoons/movies that don't seem to turn out as good games are made into games, Charlie and the chocolate factory. It seems that games based on US movies seem to be made for little kids.

Now here is my idea, Why Hasnt there been a CODE LYOKO video game yet. It would work rather well since Half the cartoon is a video game basicaly they would just have two area types such as level 1a takes place in the real world 1b is in Lyoko, and 1c is real world, and then 1d is in Lyoko and involves deactivating the tower. To me it seems like they could make a decent game, or two, out of code lyoko, I mean your have the action on Lyoko, and some strategy stuff to deal with in the real world, the pixalized characters have powers, real world Odd, Ulrich, and Yumi don't so the fun would come in there were you have to dodge their attacks and keep them away form the factory, and in Lyoko you'd have to fight the monsters and keep Aelita safe.

If you want my honest opinion, I don't like code lyoko but that would sound like a rant so I won't go into it. Besides europe might make one for their systems since it's a french/candian show. (And I don't think the kids on there are gamers. They're not good enough to be gamers.)

what I was trying to say is it would make a good game, part of the show is a game pretty much, i mean they are sent to a virtual world to fight a super computers monsters To me that sounds like a game, and in one episode when Ulrich had amnesia thanks to Xana he said something like this is like a video game but for real, when he was on Lyoko.

I didn't like the series at first because they haven't explained how they found the super calculator and they still havent. But other than that, it is an okay series. and it seems more like a game with the vehichles now.

The Megaman Zero series (the games, not the manga) would make a great anime. It could be aired every.....Saturday on Cartoon Network's Toonami. The first episode would explain the origin of Ciel, the resistance soldiers, and basically give a background to what has been happening during the Elf Wars. At the end of the first episode would be when Ciel and the soldier find Zero for the first time. Does this sound like a good idea?

Final Fantasy VI. It deserves more coverage to compete with all the coverage Final Fantasy VII got and didn't deserve as much, to me. I would love to see my favourite characters from VI moving about and stuff.

Especially Gau. Laughing

But that'll never happen. They won't make a movie sequel to VI ever, even. Pffft. <_<

thanks for that info Shonshiwo, I am getting that as soon as it comes out nomater how lame it turns out just because I am addicted to that cartoon. One of the few non anime's that I do like.

Killer7. Just take out the cel-shaded graphics from the game and replace it with the awesomely drawn and detailed anime artwork from the anime cutscenes to make an interesting and complex mature themed anime series.

I'd like to see Zero Wing (the one that spawned the All Your Base phenomenon). XDD That'd make for an interesting anime. Sure, it would be rather generic and short-lived probably, but it'd still be interesting...I suppose...probably.

Kingdom Hearts already has a manga, but I think Disney has said that it wasn't going to do an anime (I'm not sure on this, someone correct me if I'm wrong). Besides, the scenes in the game are done much like a show anyway.

I also think Klonoa would make a cute anime, and it might happen eventually because Namco seems to like making anime for all of it's series'. XD
