You get the TP Chips in different place in either game. No, you cannot link a JP EXEDS with a US EXEDS. I've tried (With the GBA games, that is). So..the ARE region locked, but only with each other. And no, DSes are not region-locked. They're...the only really popular console/handheld that isn't. XP

Team of Blues? After second Liberate Mission and....I have three TP Chips!
Third TP Chip is in PMD in SciLab Area 1

That is weird, I went through both games and didn't find any extra TP chips I got clear up to Nebula Grey on both files. So I wonder where the second is in team of Blues

In Team of Colonel I have only one from lotto.

In Team of Blues I have three TP Chips:

1.Lotto :D
2. After second liberate mission from strange e-mail
3. PMD in Scilab 1 Area

Well I guess I never found the third because I probably never opened that e-mail, so I guess they are in order stuff

I just beat the second lib for the second time and still haven't got the second TP chip, I still only have the first one in BLues version. any other requirements?

More new stuff? The Navi Change system, Party Customizer, Navi Combos, extra Numberman lotto chips, Sol Cross Rockman, Forte Cross Rockman, remixed themes from EXE1-4.5, redone chip trading system, redone folder building and folder porting aren't enough? Plus the fact they put in all the removed and editted areas back to normal since they were changed in the GBA release. Seems like enough to me.

No, you can only use one slot-in bonus.
So you can't use FCR with...for example.. Battle Theme from EXE2
And I wonder....What EXE4 slot in bonus is? I don't have EXE4 in japanese version so, I can't use it.

Uh...Phantom...he was asking if they kept in all the bonuses in the NA version. THe answer is yes, they did. XDD \o\ The EXE 4 bonus was supposedly the E-Mods for some stuff, but all it does now is power up one of you team members and give you different music. You can see the rest of the list at GameFaqs. Oh, and has anyone found any combos aside form these? (I know these exist because I have tested them personally. XP)

I've been trying to figure out how to use all these new features. Does anyone know how to execute the D-Hero attack with RockMan and Blues? I've done it before, but I don't know how to do it again. Also, what are all the effects of the Danger emotion?

To use Double Hero, or any Navi combo for that matter, the first Navi needs to be in Full Synchro and then you Navi Change to the appropriate second Navi, in this case Blues. The Danger emotion lets you use the mic to cheer on Rockman to send him into Full Synchro.

Please forgive me if it is mentioned somewhere in these 30 pages of twin leaders info, but I was wondering if someone knew how they incorporated both Barrel and Chaud into this game and what the basic story is. If it is explained in here, please tell me which page if you know.

SearchmanX, It has both games, and two save files, you either play team Colonel, or you play Team Protoman. It is just a two games in one type of thing with a couple of added things like team battles, Combo attacks, SCM, and DS only number trader codes.

Oh, well that is a little bit of a let-down, but it explains why no one has discussed the story. Oh well, at least I have all three games and can get all the forms. If I insert a team of protoman cartridge, can i still play the team of colonel file?

yes the cartridge doesn't affect the file at all. Team Protoman gives you what ever BCM you would get for the file you are playing. If you have the Bass Icon on your GBA game.

yeah The gba games are just like keys to unlock doors. think of TP, and TC as copies of the same key to unlock the BCM door, and depending on which version you are playing on the DS determines which BCM you get, so think of it as the same room with two boxes, Colonel file lets you open box a, and Protoman file lets you open box b. That is all it really is. The cartridge doesn't effect the file you are playing.
