Mega Man: Next Generation - 1-14: Power of the Sun

Okay, this chapter is a little short but I want to make this count. Here's Chapter 12 of Mega Man: Next Generation.

Chapter 1-12: Rock’s Crash Course

This unexpected situation began in school as Rock and Daniel were listening through another one of their professor’s lessons. The only thing that was different about this class was it was all going to involve a project that would give Rock a very tough challenge.

Professor: “Alright, we’ll be having a project involving various natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, and of course earthquakes. For this assignment, I want you to write a two page essay on any two natural disasters of your choice. You can involve any moments in history as long as they cover the natural disasters of your choice.”

Rock: “Oh, man. A report on natural disasters is something I am not good at.”

Daniel: “Relax, Rock. The professor said that you have to choose two kinds of natural disasters. It isn’t that hard, man.”

Rock: “You have no idea how hard it is to me.”

Professor: “Alright, these reports will be due in one week so I’m counting on you to get it done. Class is dismissed.”

As everyone was leaving the classroom, Rock and Daniel were walking together with Rock having heavy doubts knowing that he can’t handle a robot such as this. Daniel cheers him up a bit knowing that he’ll get the job done no matter what it takes.

Rock: “I don’t know if I have what it takes to take care of this report.”

Daniel: “Chill out, dude. You worry about things way too much. Besides, how about we go home to your father’s laboratory and find some info on what you want to do your report on. What do you say?”

Rock: “Alright. You know, out of everyone that I have ever known you are someone that is determined to help me no matter what it takes.”

Daniel: “I know and ever since Bret gave me the Battlechip Gate, I’m no longer a lazy ass that does nothing for a change.”

Rock: “Speaking of lazy ass looks like we got trouble and its nothing that we have to deal with.”

That was when Rock and Daniel head outside and saw one of Dr. Wily’s robotic creations; a robot scorpion that has been revamped with powerful weapons and faster movement. Realizing that the situation is as dire as anything else would expect, Rock transformed into Mega Man NG while Daniel went to a safe place so he could use the Battlechip Gate. Ever since his first attempt at using the new Battlechip Gate wrist model, he has improved slightly and now has gotten a more active role on the team.

Mega Man NG: “Daniel, whenever necessary you can send me the battlechips so I can kick some shiny metal ass.”

Daniel: “You got it. I hope you do fine.”

Mega Man NG heads off to do battle against the robotic scorpion version 2 and the robot seems to start things off with a greater advantage knowing that it has had seen most of his strategies in his last battle against the robotic scorpion.

Mega Man NG: “Damn, this scorpion is stronger than the last one. No wonder Wily is getting better at this.”

Daniel: “You said it. Should I get involved?”

Mega Man NG: “Not needed unless otherwise. I’ll try to weaken the scorpion as much as possible.”

Daniel: “Alright, if you say so. Just be careful.”

Mega Man NG: “I hate it when you say that, Daniel. LongSword, battlechip in!”

Once the robotic scorpion two used its tail to try to strike Mega Man NG, he jumped high into the air and was then armed with a LongSword. Ready to unleash a powerful blow at the robotic scorpion, he tries to strike at him with a LongSword but the scorpion’s tail immediately blocked the attack.

Mega Man NG: “Say what? Don’t tell me that this scorpion has known my trusted move.”

Daniel: “It just did. Look out, dude!”

That was when Mega Man NG saw the tail ready to give Mega Man NG a smack in the face but that was when Daniel used some quick thinking and downloaded an AreaSteal chip to Mega and he dodged the attack. Mega Man NG was now behind the scorpion and was now ready for a counterattack.

Mega Man NG: “Nice work, Daniel. It’s Program Advance time! Sword, WideSword, LongSword battlechips in!”

A white light appeared above Mega Man NG and by the time the robotic scorpion could react, it was then that Mega Man NG used LifeSword and immediately the robot was engulfed in the LifeSword attack and was decimated upon impact. Now seeing it as a mess, Mega Man NG took a sigh of relief and went back home. But high above, someone was watching Mega Man NG battle the scorpion. With a smile on his face, he was certain that he knew what he was up against. Meanwhile in Dr. Wily’s lab, all hell breaks loose especially after BubbleMan’s failed attempt to beat the blue dweeb.

AirMan: “Well, looks like BubbleMan had failed after all.”

BubbleMan: “It wasn’t my fault puku. That blue butthead had a better advantage against me especially that no good red head puku.”

FlashMan: “That’s because he has Proto Man NG by his side and plus, you were seriously not good for dealing with the likes of him.”

HeatMan: “I agree. I could take him down as well as his friend.”

MetalMan: “If you had what it took to beat him BubbleMan, why couldn’t you do it?”

BubbleMan: “It wasn’t my fault puku.”

Dr. Wily: “You are right. It is not his fault.”

Dr. Wily appeared beside BubbleMan and saw the other Robot Masters with disappointment. That was when he had a serious look in his face and all the robot masters were kind of nervous.

Dr. Wily: “Every one of my robot masters that I have developed is responsible for doing what needs to be done. If anyone fails, they should blame themselves.”

That was when CrashMan came back and had a courageous smile on his face knowing that he had seen what he had witnessed. Wily and BubbleMan hadn’t a clue what was going on.

BubbleMan: “CrashMan, puku. Why have you returned? What have you been doing, puku.”

CrashMan: “No sweat, bubble bud. I’ve been watching Mega Man NG’s latest battle and now I’m all set in taking down this blue brat.”

FlashMan: “Are you sure you know what you are doing, CrashMan?”

HeatMan: “Mega Man NG’s power is nothing compared to ours.”

CrashMan: “Not to worry, guys. I’ll show him what its like to mess with me. Besides, I’m going to enjoy giving him a crash course in the art of battling. Either way, he will fall.”

BubbleMan: “I hope you are right, puku. I didn’t do so well that it made me feel very humiliated. But no matter what, I know you can do it.”

CrashMan smiled knowing that he would get the job done. As for the other Robot Masters, they wonder if he’ll succeed in destroying Mega Man NG as well as his ally, Proto Man NG. Meanwhile, Rock had gotten started on his report and he had been working on two of his choices; earthquakes and hurricanes.

Rock: “So, hurricanes are considered to be the deadliest of natural disasters. Nature can be unpredictable as well as unknown. With surging winds, rain, and devastating thunder, hurricanes are considered to be a force that can’t be denied. Whew, I believe that this information should be perfect for the report.”

But, as he was continuing with his report, his room began to shake and that was when he began to suspect something unknown. With the room starting to shake, he decided to head to the underground laboratory and find out what is the situation.

Rock: “No way. There’s no way that an earthquake should happen at this area. It’s impossible. Activate seismographic scanner!”

That was when he checked out to find the source of the earthquakes; near the bayside area of New Light City. Without hesitation, he went off and checked inside the area where the earthquake was being caused. He checked it out and sees a robot master firing some unknown item into the underground walls. If that wasn’t bad enough, a robotic drilling mole is also drilling through the wall and it was causing things up the ground to cause even more havoc than normal.

Mega Man NG: “Hey, what do you think you are doing?”

CrashMan: “Huh? Well, if it isn’t Mega Man NG. What brings you down here anyway?”

Mega Man NG: “I don’t know who you are but your plan to give the Earth a shaking irrelevance is going to come to an end.”

CrashMan: “Is that so? Well, let’s see if you can dodge this… Crash Bomb!”

CrashMan fires a missile-like weapon at Mega Man NG but he dodged it and that was when he starts up on the offensive ready to strike. Firing a few shots of his Mega Buster NG, he hoped to start battle off with a bang but CrashMan evaded his attacks and counterattacked with several shots of his Crash Bomb.

CrashMan: “I’m impressed. Looks like the mad genius Dr. Wily was right about you, you are tough but not tough enough to battle against someone who has a short fuse.”

Mega Man NG: “What?”

CrashMan: “Observe. Homing Crash!”

CrashMan fires a homing Crash Bomb which makes Mega Man NG be on his toes. Realizing that he is up against someone that is determined to take him down no matter what, Mega Man decides to perform an attack of his own.

Mega Man NG: “Okay, time for me to take things up a notch. AirHockey, battlechip in!”

That was when Mega Man NG brought out a large hockey puck and then he threw it at the wall and then went back to him. Immediately, he got out of the way to destroy the homing Crash Bomb. That was when he focused on CrashMan and was ready to kick his butt.

Mega Man NG: “Time to show you what I’m all about. WideSword, battlechip in!”

One of his arms turned into a WideSword and he went straight for CrashMan. That was when CrashMan blocked my WideSword attack and then he counterattacked with an attack of his own.

CrashMan: “Impressive, Mega Man. But my skill is far more powerful than the likes of you. Watch this! Crash Drive!”

That was when CrashMan’s arms turned into missile bombs and he immediately fired several of them at Mega Man NG. With the missiles fired, Mega Man needed a new strategy and fast in hopes to take down his foe.

Mega Man NG: “Okay, those missiles are getting on my nerves now. It’s time for me to take things up a notch. Spreader, battlechip in!”

Mega Man NG’s WideSword turned into a Spreader gun and immediately fired a shot which split into several blasts destroying every one of his Crash Drive missiles. CrashMan didn’t like what he was seeing but that was when he decides to take things up a notch.

CrashMan: “My Crash Drive missiles! Damn you, mega twerp. You have a way with ruining everything. I’m now going to end this once and for all with my ultimate attack.

Mega Man NG: “Oh, great. Every time I fight a Robot Master like him, they always bring out their full power with their ultimate attacks. This time, I will be prepared to make sure he never gets a shot at me.”

CrashMan: “Time to end this once and for all. Crash Eruption!”

That was when CrashMan’s back revealed a giant bomb and with it, he was going to set it to send the city of New Light underground. With time running out, Mega Man NG had to pull out all the stops and fast because if he couldn’t, his home would be reduced to rubble.

Mega Man NG: “Oh, man. CrashMan really did bring out the big cannons for this. I might as well bring out my big guns. Program Advance! StepSword, HeroSword, StepCross battlechips in!”

With CrashMan getting ready to unleash his ultimate attack and Mega Man NG ready to perform his Program Advance, anything can happen. CrashMan had an expression of anger while Mega Man NG was calm and careful.

CrashMan: “Time to end this once and for all! Crash Eruption!”

Mega Man NG: “Time for me to give him the finishing blow, Evil Cut!”

Mega Man NG dashed straight for CrashMan while he was gathering more power to unleash his weapon but like every robot master that tries to make an attempt at taking him down, it always ends in failure. Before CrashMan can even make a move, Mega Man NG struck him with an Evil Cut and CrashMan was immediately sliced in two. If that wasn’t bad enough, he was reduced to scrap and the Crash Eruption was immediately destroyed.

Mega Man NG: “Like I said, you want to cross paths with me… you’ll be struck down like a bowling pin. Huh?”

That was when the ground began to shake and everything was going to collapse. With no time to waste, he ran as fast as he could hoping to get out of there but it wasn’t enough.

Mega Man NG: “This is too slow, time to speed things up. Blazer, battlechip in!”

With the help of a red blazer fishy, Mega Man NG was able to get out of there and the area was immediately enveloped under the ground. As he leaves, he checks out the area and sees it nothing more to be a mere memory. With that taken care of, he heads back home and finishes up his report which got him an A- which wasn’t bad but it was at least his best. Heading out of the classroom, Daniel catches up to Rock and he tells him what happened.

Daniel: “Where were ya?”

Rock: “Wily had a little rampage so I taught him a lesson on how to mess with the forces of nature. And on top of that, I got an A- on my report.”

Daniel: “I’m proud of ya, dude. Wanna go out for a drink?”

Rock: “Sure. I look forward to it.”

With another battle ended, Rock was more relaxed than ever as he had been getting better and better. One thing was for certain that Mega Man will face off against Bass again as well as even tougher robot masters. Will he has what it takes to sent the bad guys packing? We’ll have to wait and see.

On the next Mega Man: Next Generation
A famous rock star arrives in New Light City for a press conference and it has attracted Wily’s attention. Rock and Bret check out the press conference all to have FlashMan capture the rock star. What is Wily’s plan and what will he do with him? The world of music is going to get intense on the next exciting chapter, A Flashy Fiasco. And for all the Zatch Bell fans, there will be a familiar character that is definitely making his appearance.

Yep, its Parco Folgore alright. He makes a guest appearance in my fic. And maybe the following chapter, I'll involve Django as he teams up with Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG as they battle HeatMan who is threatening the Earth by engulfing it to the sun.

Parco Folgore is known in Zatch Bell as a famous movie and music star. Here, he plays the role as a famous movie, music and tv star. The only thing is FlashMan trying to kidnap Folgore and its up to Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG to save him from FlashMan.

Hey, hey everyone. Next to having to handle a term paper which is due, I never let my fans down. Here's Chapter 13 with special guest Parco Folgore.

Chapter 1-13: A Flashy Fiasco

At Dr. Wily’s laboratory on one unexpected day, CrashMan was healing his wounds from his battle against Mega Man and Dr. Wily was watching the local news to see if anything interesting was to be going on. Unbelievably, what he’s going to see was going to spark his mind with a plan.

Dr. Wily: “Oy, there’s nothing good on TV these days. I wonder if there is anything interesting in the news.”

Dr. Wily then changed the channel and that was when he was seeing the news but that was when he caught his attention on a report that would seem to surprise him.

News Announcer: “In other news today, world-renowned Italian star Parco Folgore will be having a rock concert this Saturday. The concert will take place in New Light City stadium where many look forward to listening to his latest album, Dance All Day. Many fans admire his music and movies as he has gained many awards for his success.”

Dr. Wily: “What is this, a famous rock star heading to New Light City for a concert? This is very interesting. Hmmm, I wonder if there is a robot that can take care of this job.”

He got up and that was when he was checking out most of the robot masters doing various things but that was when there was he caught eyes on one of the robot masters. That robot master was listening to music from the same star that plans to have a rock concert. Realizing that Wily has gotten an idea, he decides to have him take the role.

FlashMan: “Oh yeah, music from Parco Folgore really hits the soft spot. I wish I can seriously meet him in person.”

Dr. Wily: “Um, excuse me FlashMan. Can I have a minute with you?”

FlashMan: “Huh? Oh, Dr. Wily… of course. What do you want me to do?”

Dr. Wily: “It appears that you have a liking for the rock star, Parco Folgore. I believe that I have an assignment for the likes of you.”

FlashMan: “Really? What do you want me to do?”

Dr. Wily: “You see; Parco Folgore will be having a concert this Saturday at New Light City. I was wondering if you can attend the concert and cause some havoc along the way.”

FlashMan: “No problemo, Dr. Wily. I have loved Parco Folgore since I was built by you. I promise I’ll have a good time and cause some havoc along the way. I promise that I won’t let you down no matter what.”

Dr. Wily: “You better not fail but no matter what will happen in the end you will have fun.”

FlashMan: “Of course.”

As FlashMan heads off to begin his mission, Wily wonders if he will succeed but that was when he shook his head and he had a feeling that he won’t get it done. Meanwhile, Rock was doing his chores at the Light residence while Doris was with Dr. Light doing some modifications on her. Rock was at first a little upset that he had that he needed to do most of Doris’ chores but eventually he wanted Doris to get a break and she deserved it.

Rock: “Okay, I took care of the trash, cleaned the laboratory, cleaned my room, polished my grandpa’s tools and organized my room. I wonder what else my grandpa will assign me.”

After cleaning his head, he then went inside and got a drink hoping to re-charge his systems. But that was when he gets a knock on the door and when he checks it out, he finds Bret and for what reason he would be here to begin with.

Rock: “Bret, what are you doing here dude?”

Bret: “Hey, Rock. I was wondering if you can attend the arrival of Parco Folgore at one of New Light City’s main hotels, the New Light Plaza.”

Rock: “Of course, I’ll come. I long to see Parco Folgore since he’s a big movie star, a famous music fanatic, and one heck of a ladies’ man.”

Bret: “That’s true. Hurry up, my limo is set for us to go as soon as you get in.”

Rock: “Alright.”

Bret: “Don’t worry about a thing, I told your grandpa and he says that you can go see the event.”

Rock: “Awesome job, dude.”

As Rock got inside the limousine, they both were heading off to the plaza where Parco Folgore would be spending the next few days there till his premiere rock concert. As they were heading to the hotel, they were chatting about what they’ll expect when they would meet Parco Folgore.

Rock: “So, Bret… what do you think of Parco Folgore?”

Bret: “I don’t know. I haven’t seen him in person. He’s somewhat of a very quick-witted person and also a kind of a ladies’ man. That’s something that I might not be.”

Rock: “At least you are a very handsome guy. I think you may attract some women with your looks.”

Bret: “Come on, I’m not the kind of person that has interest in the ladies.”

Rock: “You have interest in my personal maid, Doris.”

Bret: “What are you trying to say? Are you trying to tell me that I have a crush on her?”

Rock: “What does it look like, Bret.”

Bret: “That’s not a very nice thing to say dude considering that I may like her but not have a crush on her.”

Rock: “You are so arrogant, Bret.”

Bret: “You are so ignorant, Rock.”

But before they could discuss arguing over the fact that someone has a crush, they heard an explosion that caused the limo to go out of balance causing them to move out of proportion. With that, the both of them knew that someone is causing havoc and they see some sort of robotic digger coming out of the ground forming big holes all over the main section of the city.

Bret: “Hey, Rock… have you fought a robot that looks like a mole with a drill for a nose?”

Rock: “Yeah, I fought this kind of robot before except that I had to deal with a Robot Master that threatens to shake the city to the ground.”

Bret: “Let’s get into high gear and send that robot packing. Driver, stop here!”

Driver: “Yes, sir.”

The limo driver stopped the vehicle and that was when the both of them got out of the vehicle and were set to take down the robotic digger. As they got out, the driller began to fire various missiles and that was when the robotic digger reveals the pilot who’s driving it and its CrashMan, wanting payback and he wants it in style.

CrashMan: “Where is that blue twerp? I’m going to make him pay for sending me straight to the ground. Huh?”

That was when Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG were dashing straight for CrashMan who is determined to get revenge. To make things more interesting, he sets his robotic driller to crush and drill but that wasn’t going to stop them no matter what it ends up.

Mega Man NG: “Okay, time to set this robotic driller to the ground. DrillArm, BreakHammer battlechips in!”

That was when one of Mega Man NG’s arms turned into a DrillArm and immediately drilled straight underground to find the robotic driller and fortunately he found what he was looking for.

Mega Man NG: “Gotcha, its time for me to bang that driller down. BreakHammer!”

That was when Mega Man NG’s DrillArm turned into a BreakHammer in which he immediately breaks down the robotic driller and out of nowhere, it was destroyed. Meanwhile, Proto Man NG was battling CrashMan who is angry like hell.

Proto Man NG: “Time to take you down. BambooSword, battlechip in!”

CrashMan: “Eat this! Crash Sweeper!”

Proto Man NG: “Not if I can take them down, CircleGun, battlechip in!”

Proto Man NG had a BambooSword in one hand while he came up with a CircleGun in the other hand. He used the CircleGun to lock on CrashMan’s multiple missiles and took them all down while he struck CrashMan with the BambooSword. Immediately, CrashMan was erupting with anger and that was when he was about to unleash his ultimate attack.

CrashMan: “I’m not going to lose this time. It’s time for me to finish you off with this. Crash Eruption!”

Mega Man NG: “Um, excuse me but I’m afraid you are so out of your league, CrashMan.”

CrashMan: “What?”

That was when CrashMan saw Mega Man NG popping out of nowhere with a dramatic entrance thanks to his DrillArm giving him the thrust he needs to rise over ground. That was when Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG were ready to unleash a team-up attack and it wasn’t going to be pretty.

Mega Man NG: “You ready?”

Proto Man NG: “Let’s finish this.”

CrashMan: “I’ll take you both down at once. Crash Eruption!”

Mega Man NG: “Someone like you should learn the hard way. KnightSword, StepSword battlechips in!”

Proto Man NG: “You got it. HeroSword, StepCross battlechips in!”

Both of them were armed with their strongest weapons and they both dashed faster than the speed of light. Immediately, they took down CrashMan with one powerful X-Strike and with that taken care of, they went off to the hotel where Parco Folgore would spend a few days there. Unfortunately high above, someone was watching them knowing that something was about to go down big time.

FlashMan: “Well, looks like Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG are also involved in this, eh? This can get even more interesting than I thought.”

With that, it was only a matter of time before the battle was going to begin. Meanwhile, Rock and Bret continued on their way to the hotel where Parco Folgore would make his appearance. There were a lot of screaming fans that were cheering for Parco Folgore. The two of them kept calm in hopes that Parco Folgore would appear for they are part of security measures.

Rock: “I sure hope that the fans don’t cause a scene in here.”

Bret: “I know. We tightened up security to make sure that nothing would go wrong. By the way, where is Daniel? I thought he would be with you by your side.”

Rock: “I know. Daniel went off to spend time with his dad and that’s why he is the kind of person that would be with family most times. I had to spend all day cleaning up the house while my maid, Doris had been receiving upgrades.”

Bret: “I just hope the upgrades would make her more human but sometimes, it’s a pain in the ass having to go through all sorts of meetings. I don’t know why but it makes me feel kind of bad.”

Rock: “If you think that’s bad enough, I had to do all her chores which were an even bigger pain in the ass than you think.”

Bret: “Well, at least you are doing something nice for her.”

Rock: “I know.”

That was when a huge white limousine appeared and it was a very long limousine. Out of the back left door came a man who was as famous as they say. He was a white-skinned rock star that had yellow hair and was wearing white rock star clothing. The crowd began cheering for the arrival of Parco Folgore and they were cheering like they are nuts.

Folgore: “Hello, everybody. I knew you would come to my arrival. I feel so happy that all of you fans came to cheer me on.”

All the girls were cheering for Folgore wanting his autograph but fortunately, Folgore was a person of principle and he was certain for a fact that he would never let anyone down. Rock and Bret came near the entrance of the hotel and then they accompanied Folgore to his room on the Penthouse. Parco Folgore was pleased of the look the penthouse was as Rock and Bret quickly followed and decided to accompany him.

Parco: “Thank you for accompanying me to my hotel room. As you know, my concert is tomorrow so my humble request is that you stay in my penthouse for the night listening to my latest album, Dance All Day.”

Bret: “Thanks for the offer and we accept but just don’t have us get hooked to that song, okay?”

Parco: “No worries. There’s food, drinks and entertainment in the following room. So, make yourselves at home.”

Rock: “Thank you, Folgore. We feel very pleased.”

As Parco went into the other room, Rock and Bret relaxed in the main area serving their purpose as security officers and heroes. Rock was enjoying a bag of potato chips while Bret was reading a novel; the two of them were enjoying some natural time while Folgore was preparing for his concert.

Rock: “What do you think Folgore is doing anyway?”

Bret: “My guess is that he’s preparing for her concert but I have a funny feeling that he’s got something more planned.”

Rock: “I know. Fortunately, we get VIP passes to his concert which is actually a plus.”

Bret: “I agree. Hey, how come you’ve been wolfing down on junk food?”

Rock: “And how come you’ve been beating me in Halo 2? It seems that you have a winning streak for these types of games.”

Bret: “I know. You are so predictable that it makes me want to kick your ass even more.”

Rock: “Wanna step it up a notch?”

That was when he checked the room and finds an Xbox with two controllers. Bret gets out his Halo 2 game and puts it in the system. Both of them had a desire to kick some serious video game booty once they got their hands on their respective controllers.

Bret: “Okay, first person to 15 points in a 45-minute time limit wins.”

Rock: “You got it. If I win, you are buying breakfast tomorrow and no excuses.”

Bret: “Fine. If I win, you’ll be buying breakfast tomorrow.”

Rock: “Fine. Let’s get on with it.”

With the game turned on, both of them had a desire to kick some sorry butt but fortunately, they were going to enjoy more than just giving an opponent a lousy headshot. It was about trying to prove someone who is the much more better player and as they started playing, they were determined to give it their all and not hold back.

Rock: “Let’s do this.”

Bret: “Bring it.”

As they played, Parco was now resting looking forward to his concert the next day and fortunately, things were going easy as many people thought it would be. Unfortunately, one robot master residing way up top of the hotel watches what has happened in the penthouse and sees Folgore in a vulnerable spot to be captured.

FlashMan: “Well, looks like Parco Folgore is right where I want him and it’s only a matter of time before I get what I want.”

Instantly, FlashMan takes one last look at Folgore before he breaks the window and kidnaps him. Rock and Bret heard the window break and they check out if Folgore is alright only to see FlashMan capturing him who is by now sleeping and doesn’t know that he’s caught.

Rock: “Hey! Let Folgore go this instant!”

FlashMan: “Dude, you got to be kidding me. I’m his number one fan and plus, it’s all part of my plan to throw the world of entertainment into chaos.”

Bret: “Dude, you are so going to be down for the count when I find you.”

FlashMan: “That is if you can. Blinding Flash!”

FlashMan fires a bright blast of energy causing both Rock and Bret to shield their eyes as FlashMan made his escape. A few seconds later, Rock and Bret saw FlashMan on Dr. Wily’s Skulker. Knowing that Dr. Wily has everything to do with this, the both of them transform and head off to stop FlashMan before anything else would go wrong.

Mega Man NG: “We can’t let FlashMan get away. Time to move fast and quick! Dash Condor, battlechip in!”

Proto Man NG: “I’m right behind you, Mega.”

Mega Man NG was flying through the sky in his Dash Condor fishy while Proto Man NG was dashing through the roofs of many buildings to catch FlashMan. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to stop FlashMan though he’s on one of Wily’s Skulker ships.

Mega Man NG: “The Dash Condor isn’t fast enough to reach FlashMan. We need another tactic.”

Proto Man NG: “I’ve already come up with an idea. AreaSteal, battlechip in!”

He used AreaSteal to get on top of the Skulker and that was when Mega Man NG got the same idea and he used AreaSteal to get on top of the Skulker. The both of them waited till FlashMan reached his destination and it was an abandoned warehouse. FlashMan got off the Skulker and took Folgore inside the warehouse. Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG followed him only to discover that it was all according to FlashMan’s plan. The lights went on and the both of them looked at Folgore who’s tied up.

Mega Man NG: “Look, there’s Folgore. He’s all tied up.”

Proto Man NG: “We got to get him out of there. Millions of fans are depending on him.”

Mega Man NG: “Yeah.”

FlashMan: “I’m afraid you ain’t taking Folgore anywhere. He belongs to me.”

Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG turned around to find the one responsible for capturing Folgore. He was a robot master that was all blue in color, had yellow marks knowing that he can control electricity like ElecMan. However, his attitude tells that he can control more than electricity. As he looked at Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG with a sadistic smile, he was ready to begin his attack against the two heroes.

FlashMan: “Folgore is my trophy for I’m his number one fan. As for the both of you, I’m going to enjoy taking you both on with Folgore having a ring side seat to your demise.”

Mega Man NG: “You are sick, FlashMan.”

Proto Man NG: “I’m going to enjoy taking your shiny metal ass down.”
FlashMan: “Bring it. Neon Light!”

FlashMan placed his hand down to the ground that brought forth several circulated orbs filled with electricity heading straight for Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG at a fast speed. Without hesitation, they both dodged the attack and were ready to retaliate with an attack of their own.

Mega Man NG: “Let’s get this show started. WoodPowder, battlechip in!”

Proto Man NG: “I’m right with you, ElementalLeaf, battlechip in!”

Mega Man NG formed a WoodPowder cannon while Proto Man NG brought out an ElementalLeaf cannon. The both of them fired their weapons destroying FlashMan’s Neon Light attack but FlashMan wasn’t impressed as he was ready to unleash another barrage of Neon Light. Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG fired again and they destroyed the lights leaving FlashMan to come up with a new tactic.

FlashMan: “At least my opening attack didn’t stop them. Try this on for size! Blinding Flash!”

FlashMan unleashed his Blinding Flash attack but Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG knew that FlashMan would do something like that so they prepared their own attack to show FlashMan that they mean business.

Mega Man NG: “Now to strike this light bulb, BambooSword battlechip in!”

Proto Man NG: “I’m with you all the way, Mega. BambooLance, battlechip in!”

Mega Man NG brought forth a BambooSword while Proto Man NG sent his hand to the ground and brought forth several bamboo spikes giving FlashMan the hurt while Mega Man NG slashed his foe with the BambooSword. With FlashMan trying to stay alive, Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG was ready to pull out all the stops.

FlashMan: “Okay, I thought that you guys would do better but I never thought I’d see you do that well? I’m surprised you actually gave me more of a challenge but either way, I’m going to enjoy taking your sorry asses down.”

Mega Man NG: “How are you going to take us down huh?”

Proto Man NG: “Yeah!”

FlashMan: “Why don’t I show you? Flash Freeze!”

That was when two big lights appeared and that was when the both of them get seriously shocked and paralyzed from the electric attack. Folgore began moving and that was when he was seeing Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG trapped. This was when Folgore try to shake free in hopes to help the heroes.

FlashMan: “Time to put an end to you once and for all. With my ultimate attack, I’ll show you just how powerful I can be.”

Folgore: “I’ve got to help them. There has to be a way that I can break free.”

That was when Folgore used some sort of unknown strength and he broke free of his chains hoping to reach Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG. FlashMan had a smile on his face as he was ready to unleash his ultimate attack. Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG could only watch as they were about to be victim to FlashMan’s true power.

FlashMan: “It’s all over for you two. Taste my ultimate power, Neon Crasher!”

FlashMan took one of his orbs and that was when he generated a huge amount of electric energy into one giant ball. Ready to destroy his foe, he was set to take care of the job but that was when Folgore came by and blocked FlashMan before he could strike with his Neon Crasher.

Folgore: “I won’t let you do this! Don’t come any closer.”

FlashMan: “Don’t get in my way, Folgore. Even though I’m still your number one fan, I have a job to do and that is to destroy those two dweebs.”

Folgore: “I can’t let you for that they are heroes and unlike you, I always support my fans but you are no fan of mine. You may like my music but you are not the fan I would get an autograph from you.”

FlashMan: “Oh, you are so going to regret this. I never thought that I would be getting disrespected by someone who was once my idol but now this gives me more of a reason to destroy all of you. Neon Crasher!”

FlashMan generated all his rage in a yellow ball and that was when he grabbed it and was dashing straight for Folgore. Folgore then took a deep breath and Mega Man NG knew what it would mean. That was when Folgore smiled and that made FlashMan wonder what he was planning.

FlashMan: “You are mine!”

Folgore: “I doubt it.”

Mega Man NG: “AntiElec, battlechip in!”

That was when a giant electrical antenna appeared in front of Folgore and then FlashMan struck it which gave him a taste of his own medicine. With that, FlashMan was sent flying and then Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG broke free from FlashMan’s electromagnetic hold.

Mega Man NG: “Nice job, Folgore.”

Folgore: “I should be thanking you for it was you that came up with the perfect defense.”

Proto Man NG: “All in the line of duty, Folgore. You should head back to the hotel. The fans will be worried if they find you nowhere to be found.”

Mega Man NG: “Yeah, we’ll take care of this flash grenade.”

Folgore nodded and he immediately left the area leaving Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG set to take care of the job and fortunately, it was going to be quick and easy.

Mega Man NG: “FlashMan, I hate to say it but you have hurt more than just us. You have hurt the fans as well as us.”

Proto Man NG: “Time for you to go down for the count.”

FlashMan: “Damn… I’m going to get you for this. I promise you that.”

Mega Man NG: “I doubt it! HeroSword, battlechip in!”

Proto Man NG: “NeoVariableSword, battlechip in!”

Mega Man NG rushed straight for him with the HeroSword and FlashMan fired a Neon Light. He sliced it and that was when FlashMan was scared for his own life. Immediately, FlashMan was struck by the HeroSword while Proto Man NG used the NeoVariableSword to finish the job. Immediately, FlashMan was destroyed in an awesome explosion that all was left behind were his remains.

Mega Man NG: “That takes care of him. No wonder he isn’t a fan of Folgore and his music.”

Proto Man NG: "I agree. Let’s head back to the hotel. We have to look forward to the concert after all.”

Mega Man NG: “Yep.”

As Mega Man NG and Proto Man NG head back to the hotel, the next day came as quick as FlashMan’s demise. As the fans were cheering for Folgore ready to unleash his musical potential, Rock and Bret were watching from a view that was better than anything else in the world. That was when Folgore arrived and the crowd was cheering like crazy. Folgore took a deep breath as he was ready to let his voice fill the world with his heart.

Folgore: “Thank you all of you. I’m really happy to sing to all of you. My recent experience last night inspired me to do a brand new song that I’ve never done before. It’s all about the hero who saved my life and this song is dedicated to that hero. It’s to the blue bomber, Mega Man NG. Hit it!”

The music was rocking as Folgore began going through with his dance steps and was letting his soul do all the work. With the beat going on, he was ready to bring out his full potential.

The music was hitting into high gear as Folgore unleashed his dance moves. That was when a big bang emerged bringing forth fireworks knowing that the song had ended. The crowd went nuts after Folgore sang and Rock and Bret cheered as they were pleased with listening his new tune.

Rock: “I guess our job is done.”

Bret: “I agree. We’ll be getting a new CD from him anytime soon.”

Rock: “Let’s head home. You still owe me a battle in Halo 2.”

Bret: “Alright, fine.”

As Rock and Bret left the area, they both were looking forward to beating the heck out of each other in Halo 2. But, even though they got the night off Wily will be definitely going after them both for sure. No matter what the enemy will pull, the both of them will send it back with maximum force and they’ll do it with style.

Temperatures in New Light City are rising like crazy and everyone is working up quite a sweat. Even in Dr. Light’s home, the temperatures rise like nuts. Seeing that Dr. Wily has something to do with this, they check out his evil lair only to find the likes of HeatMan who threatens to turn the planet Earth into a scorching inferno. If things weren’t bad enough, a mysterious stranger with a red scarf appears and comes to stop HeatMan’s master plan. Can Mega Man NG, Proto Man NG, and this mysterious fellow stop HeatMan before the planet Earth gets reduced to a vast desert? Find out in the next exciting chapter Power of the Sun. Things will heat up with a "Taiyoh-riffic" style to mix.

As you know, I have combined the elements of Mega Man with Mega Man Battle Network to make it the most entertaining story of all time. Robert "Rock" Light
Robert "Rock" Light is a young man that is considered to be a smart-ass. He's highly skilled in all his classes and is somewhat of a smart aleck to most people. He's an active, respectful, and trusting person who can be anyone's friend once you get to know him. But whenever evil threatens to destroy the planet, he transforms into the hero that everyone loves; Mega Man NG.

Bret "Blues" Richards
Bret "Blues" Richards is someone who's more of a loner and less of a specialistic kind of guy. For most cases, he's the head of an advanced video game corporation in which it explains the fact that he doesn't make that many friends. That is, until he was beaten in a Marvel vs. Capcom 2 battle but at least it eventually formed a fast friendship. But whenever evil threatens the world, he becomes the silent but deadly Proto Man NG.

Daniel Cossack
Daniel Cossack is the grandson of world-renowned scientist Dr. William Cossack. He's a young man who's more of a couch potato than an active enthusiast. That's why Rock and Bret try to help him out anyway possible. But at least the best part of it all is that when he holds a Battlechip Gate in his wrist, he unleashes his true strength.

Doris
Doris was a robotic maid that Dr. Light developed but it got hacked by Dr.l Wily and it was turned into a renegade killing machine. Eventually, Dr. Light fixed her up and made her more human and becoming Rock's personal maid. Even though she is his maid, she has deep interest for Rock but all of that is gonna change. How will we know? You'll have to find out.

Now, as for the new chapter that you've put up, I'm really happy that I was able to read it. Now, as for FlashMan, I've got to say that he's a bit....weird. Now, as for the battle, I've got to say that it was good. You've managed to put in the elements of the MegaMan BattleNetwork Series into this fic of yours. I know. I wanted to put the bios on some of the main characters because I want everyone to know all about them. Well, I just want to let you know that I'm in the middle of a delay due to the fact that I have a term paper due at the end of the month and I'm at wits end. But, fortunately I plan to do a little something special for you and that is a sneak peek of the upcoming sagas of my fic; Mega Man: Next Generation.

Saga Two: Threat of Darkness
Somewhere in outer space, a black meteor is approaching the planet Earth. As it hits Earth, it radiates a powerful aura of darkness corrupting anyone that comes near it. Dr. Wily and his band of robot masters check out the black meteor in hopes that it can help him gain power but when Mega Man tries to stop him, something unbelievable happens.

Dr. Light: "What is happening to him?"

Dr. Wily: "Its just as I feared."

The darkness that has laid dormant inside of Mega Man NG has been released and now has a sole purpose; to serve its master, the almighty DarkMan.

Dr. Wily: "Can it be? Mega Man NG?"

Bass: "It can't be him. He seems more evil for some reason."

Dark Mega NG: "No. I'm not like that light-headed fool. I'm Dark Mega NG. DarkCannon!"

Now, its up to one hero along with his allies to conquer the darkness within his heart.

Mega Man NG: "This is something I have to do."

Proto Man NG: "You aren't going alone, ya know."

And defeat the evil that threatens his home and the world. Will he succeed?

Dark Mega NG: "This planet will serve master DarkMan."

Mega Man NG: "Not while I'm here."

It is the 21st century on planet Earth and it is now experiencing a time of peace and prosperity. The blue bomber known as Mega Man NG has saved the world from evil twice already but like always, evil will always strike again. A mysterious empire rises out of the ashes of DarkMan's forces and strikes the planet with an iron fist. It's leader, King has continued on the orders of his fallen master, Dr. Wily.

King: "I vow to this day my empire will conquer this pathetic world and fulfill the desires of my fallen master, Dr. Wily."

Mega Man NG: "Not while I'm here."

King: "Well, if it isn't he blue bomber. Time for me to show you what I'm capable of."

Proto Man NG: "I don't think so. You'll have to go up against me as well."

King: "Proto Man NG!"
