Anyway, being on topic - to be honest aside from Trill, i think the only other Navi that cried was AquaMan in episode 16. Correct me if I'm wrong thought.

EDIT: I think BubbleMan cried a couple of times.

Aquaman is another navi that does seem to have tears forming in his eyes. In any case, Rockman SO FAR haven't actually cried in the anime. Perhaps sometime later he might, but as of now. Very few navis have actually cried. [spoil:6e44ef5015]Aside Dark Rockman[/spoil:6e44ef5015].

Now that Rockman is mentioned, I recalled watching the episode 'Evil Empress Roll (Part 2)', and I came upon the scene where Empress Roll was holding Rockman by the helmet. During that scene, Rockman tried to convince Roll to change back to her normal self. If you keep your eyes peeled, the camera scrolls up to Rockman's eyes a little bit teary-eyed.

Since this is obviously isn't what was implied, I'll move on.

I think the answer lies within the realm of reality: the writers haven't felt like it.

In the manga (February 2005 edition of Corocoro, to be specific) we see him crying about the [spoil:1083daf5a7]Ameroupe troop looking for him after him risking his life to save everybody. [/spoil:1083daf5a7]

I don't know anywhere else in the manga where he cries. Surprised

(I only own 2 of the Corocoro books.... T_T)

As for the anime, like everybody else, I haven't seen him cry.
