I highly doubt it has any relation to the chip. You're right about just that though.
Unless the actual chip appears outta nowhere later on, that is.

You know, after Z-Pharaohman's deletion and the revelation of new fan-made navis, i've been thinking...if it's a voice we've never heard before (new seiyuu?), then it's possible that it might be...[spoil:4bb3733a97]Judgeman[/spoil:4bb3733a97]?
