First series for me. I felt it was more lighthearted that the others, and characters didn't tend to get thrown out after an episode. Although Axess and Stream did have some interesting plots, they also had some unforgettable plot HOLES, character development was thrown out the window, and aspects like Cross Fusion were just time-consuming and overdone...the series, in my humble opinion, was no longer true to the title and supposed major character "Rockman.EXE". They could have titled it "The Adventures of Netto, with Frequent Appearances By Enzan and Laika and the occasional cameo by Rockman.EXE".

Rock is my favorite character. It sucks that he practically takes a backseat in his own show. And the tinnyness they added to his voice in Axess/Stream is highly irritating.

I like Acess, although the story is a little strange. You gotta love SearchSoul...

The EXE series. Along with others, I don't like Cross Fusion.

Here are the top reasons why I liek each series:

EXE: I liked EXE because it kind of introduced me to the world and people in it! I liked the style changes but I would of liked if the Hub style (or Saito style, what ever you want to call it) was in this one and the Lifevirus came late in this series. Although there were characters and things that were missing from the MMBN and MMBN2 games that would like to see. Overall, it was a series that me started on the "Jack in, Power up!" mania!

Axess: The reason why I liked Axess is because of the Cross Fusion, Soul Unisons and the Darkloids! I'm a Cross Fusion :] lover because of it and although it was a bit annoying when only Lan was able to execute this for almost a third of the series, it's nice to see that the other characters such as Chaud, Misaki, Ms. Yuri and Regal were able to do it. Although I would of liked to see some of the operators and Navis that were in MMBN3 and MMBN4 in this series including the Alpha virus, it was good series overall and it's my second favorite series!

Stream: Stream was a bit weird but it proved to be my favorite series by far! Not only did most of the Cross Fusion members were in this series (although they came late.), I liked the Asteroid Navis especially when they came in the real world without a Dimensional area to worry about plus one of my favorite MM characters, Duo, was in this series and his oddly alluring surbordinate Slur. I like Barrel, Colonel, Dark Mega Man, Cloud Man and Blizzard Man in this series, they're all badasses!

Beast: Well, I haven't see Beast yet so I can't really tell anything about it but it seems promising so far, what with the Beast Outs, Crosses and what not!

Hmmmmm, I don't know why Anime metaseries are so cool, it's just that they are cool and they give you their own version of the plot from a different perspective I guess. Smile

Axess definitly. It has a much better storyline then the original, and it features the Darkloids who are just plain awesome. Razz

Stream so far. For some odd reason, I like Cross Fusion a lot.

I mostly like Axess so far.

Why? Well, it had DarkBlues, Enzan actually showing some emotion about his navi and most of all "Leave this to the Super Extra Perfect Net Saver!(and more add ons >.>)".

Second is Season 2. Forte~! ^^

Now that Beast is out I'm gonna say Beast. It's got the seriousness of Axess and Stream, yet it focuses on NETbattling, like EXE did, which I like a lot. Plus, it's got Trill and [spoil:e2b6191061]Iris[/spoil:e2b6191061], and they're both cool. So, for me, Beast.

I'm not sure, since I haven't seen all of Stream and Axess; and only the Dub of EXE and what I have seen of Axess. But, the silly answer would be Stream since it has Nenji in it.

Seriously though, I wouldn't know...each has its merits.

EXE... for pretty much the same reasons Izumi went over. Plus, EXE didn't rely on the latest gadget or power-up to win every battle. In EXE, sure, they used the same tired old chips over and over... but the battles had strategy to them. (Plus, they weren't just a bunch of still-frame fights.) So, overall, EXE was the highlight of the entire series.

I have to add in that Axess has a loving place in my heart as well, though. There's a lot of memorable moments in Axess, and I can't help it... I love Cross Fusion (when only Netto and Enzan can do it). Axess battles still managed to be interesting (Stream is where they started getting lame)... and who doesn't like the violence of Axess? Plus, Enzan stole the spotlight then as the only character to get any development... and we all know how much I love Enzan...

But, it goes without saying that I hate Stream. A lot. There's only a few things about Stream I liked (I loved the new characters, the theme songs, and the fact it got a movie.) As for Beast... it's moving it's way up on my favorites list.

Irs hard to say. I enjoyed Stream but (like Izumi and Seiko mentioned) cross fusion overtook the show and battles between navis (instead of fights between navis and humans in suits XP) didnt happen often enough. At the moment Beast is shaping up to be my favorite series, but until there are a few more episodes I'm sticking with EXE. The old WWW were awesome and the whole series was much more comical.
