Does this site have a trades section if it doesn't I think it should get one they are really cool and a lot of people will like it.

well on another forum they had a trade section and people would post battlechips, PETs, etc. that they don't need and either people could buy it from them or trade them, it's like a place to show people what they have to sell or trade and they can trade personally, it wouldn't have anything to do with the forum itself.

While it sounds like a fun idea, I could get in serious trouble if parents find out that their kids are giving our their home addresses via my forum. No matter who the trader is, I would be held liable if something bad were to happen. I'd rather not take that big of a risk.

Yes I know what you mean, that would be a problem for you if something bad happened in the trade section.
