Her name is Flannery.EXE. She doesn't have an operater because she's one of those navis who work alone, but I imagine her to be popular and friends with Rockman and the others. Well, here you go!
The shading is horrible. (in my opinion) I don't really know how to do it. 
Also, I've made 2 other versions of her over the uh...6-7 months that I've had her. I don't have the 2 other versions because 1. I improved her so she looks like that now. 2. I didn't draw the other ones. o.O Enjoy! |

| Pink and purple really isn't my favorite colors, it's just that I would go 'blue-frenzy' and color her whole costume blue. I'm getting off now. Bye. |

Wow,this is really good. The shadings not so bad. Did you do this on MS paint? And Her design is awsome. ^_^ Great job!

| Thanks! I used Paint/Bitmap. That's all I have on my computer (other than PSP) so that's the only thing I use to draw my stuff. ^^ |

Thanks! ^^ To be honest, I mostly only like Megaman because of the navis, not the operaters, but cross fusion is very cool. :V

That is impressive for MS Paint. Well...I just never ever thought about drawing with the computer and such...
