The jail is the building beyond the bot. I think that you have to talk to it, then talk to someone else around there [I don't think they're very far], then you can go into the jail beyond.

I talked to that bot like 50 times... talked to the aqua navi and even the brown and green navi chatting in front of him so many times too... but I just plain can't go through. -_-'''''''''''

i'm just after Dekao, Meiru and Yaito arrive at saiba city, then everyone (friends) were looking at some navis walking then they stayed in that position and I don't know what to do.

Dan, my Japanese is vague but I do recognise much of the Kanji due to my Chinese. Roughly, I think he's saying you need to find out what your dad was doing at 4 O'clock.

rockmansp, I believe that you have to get to the Ura Net now.
DanSidney, I think that you have to go back to school and talk to everything - everyone and anyone that might have seen Yuuichirou. There are also cameras in the school that you have to plug into. They are on the top-right hand corners of each classroom.

I managed to go a bit on, up to unlocking the guardrobot in the 6-1 classroom. I checked the camera and saw that cutscene, but now I'm still stuck. 6-1 was the only camera I could check anyway.
Edit: thanks for the help, I needed to check the main computer camera control system (Blastman's scenario).

I'm stuck on the bit after you beat Colonel in the Underground Area 2, Netto mentions something but I don't know what it is. Dive, Circus and Elementm ans Ops came in with those electric robots, and then Iris saved the boys. I've occupied myself by finishing the Boktai crossover, but now I need to move on.
Help please?

You need to read the topic at the top with WWW in the title in the BBS in that skull thingy in Under2, also this would be a good time to get killer and charge crosses if you want.

Maybe next time you can try uploading a screencap showing what Netto says... that would sometimes be a good clue. :]
Anyway. I recalled that you should go to the helicopter field in sky city. Just where Elec and Tomahawk s' Ops are.
Edit:Sorry missed one detail. I thought Suraa.Exe have said it, though.

They have charged chip attacks, but not charged regular attacks.
For Greiga anyays, it's a constant machinegun that fires when you hold down B.
