Either 2 or 3 for sure, but most probably 3, since that was the first one I played.

hm... I'd have to say... storyline-wise, EXE 3, gameplay-wise... either 2 or 3, kind of a tie there... and 5 just barely behind both in both categories

with regard to gameplay, I suppose that the whole 5 of one Navichip and all those otehr chips that later became restricted WAS kinda broken... but I liked my Toadman-on-steroids folder T_T 3 did still let you fairly base folders around one navichip, though, so that's why it's close

My favourite is BN5. I like the Liberation Missions, Souls and Chaos Unison.

EXE 2 and 3 are my top favs (Forte =P). I also enjoyed Transmission because of the original Japanese voices and I beat it with ease compared to how I beat EXE 2. XD And of course, there's EXE 5. =3

My turn:

1. EXE 3 (awesome story, awesome library, awesome folder building, awesome Navi Customizer, lots of Forte here and there, endless playability with awesome Secret Areas with more awesome Secret Area bosses)

2. EXE 6 (I've beaten it and i can't wait for the English version to be released: excellent library, great playability, Cross System is awesome, Link Navis are tons funnier than Liberate Mission, boss stages are lots of fun, REALLY NICE!)

3. EXE 2 (IMO, this game is highly overrated, still very good. The story is as good as EXE3 and the Net Areas have probably the best design ever. The library is good, but you feel somewhat forced to look for P.A. and some of them are really cheap [looks at Gate Magic]...I feel dirty with that library xD )

for me EXE3>>EXE6>>EXE2>>>EXE5>EXE1>>EXE4.5>EXEBCGP>>>>>>EXE4

Never played Network Transmission (buy me a NGC and i will play xD)

1: BN5:
It was one of best games I played on the Game Boy. I liked the concept of the liberation-missions.
Also, I like it because you can have there a Fire and a Sword-Soul ^_^

2: BCC:
It was my first .EXE Game I played.
My favorite option in the games was, that you can choose which Navi you use, like Gateman or Forte.

3: BN4:
I just say Game 14 -.-

3 is the best, peroid. Ever since 4 the customizer has been becoming more filled with fewer and fewer programs that keep getting bigger. 3 had a very good customizer and I, personally miss the style changes. I do very much like 5's chaos unisons though.

Heheh... pretty much every time I played a new one it became my fav. First 4, then 5 [playing as other navis=BOOYA], then I played 3 and found I actually liked having Style Changes o.=.0 [(SetGreen+WoodGroundStyle+PowerShot+OldWood)+(AirShoes+Geddon+Snake)+(GaiaSword/Blade+whatever chips I have available)=muhahaha] but... heheh... having now played EXE6 [and finding once again that there is indeed no final boss I can actually beat >.=.>], I must say it is hands-down my fav ^.==.^ I LOVE Grega and Faltzner, and... ElecCross! My disappointment with Capcom leaving poor Elecman out of the last 2 Unison games was dissipated once I learned he got the best system to date X3 and that beastly Grega ElecCross... *drools* awesome...nehehe... plus I love watching Elecman dash X3

...So yeah, to the point... never played 1 or 2, but what I have played goes ummm...
1 - EXE 6 [BeastOut... *drools*]
2 - EXE 5 [Playing as other people's navis is fun XD]
3 - EXE 3 [Beastman! X3 And trusty ol WoodGround style X3]
4 - EXE 4 [Well... at least the music is the best in the series IMO, even if the translation is absolutely horrid...]
...And there's another big post that drawls on not getting to the point soon enough o.=.0

Rockman.EXE 6! Booya. Definetly the BEST EXE game yet, with the exception of the sound effects.

Second comes BN3. :]

well, i guess i can safely assume that everyone thinks that MMBN4 sucked....a lot...a whole lot, and just looking at the guidebook makes me mad so i made my friend take it. anyway, i would have to say that i like the games in this order...well, never mind, i just can't choose! >_< btw, did anyone notice that when you jack-in from Lan's PC, the internet area in front of his home page in MMBN6 is a bit structured like the same area in MMBN2? it looked similar to me. okay, i have to say that MMBN5 DS is my favorite, at least for the time being. BassCrossMegaman is AWESOME!

EXE 6 was the best EXE game. Period.

It had a good, storyline, albeit a bit short, kickass transformations, and different end bosses.

Definately awesome.

i found the MMBN6 roms but haven't had time to play them, so i wouldn't know how good the game is. of course, it SHOULD be one of the better games since it is supposed to be the last MMBN game, at least for the GBA.
