Why aren't there any Germans? There isn't even an European!

After looking at the map It looks as if the only two people on the list so far the have a chance of net battling each other are "cruddpuppet" and "Midnight Critic"

As for this, give them time. As always, if one lives in a city or close to an area of dense population, there is going to be a greater chance for someone to find a match. It's to be expected. As the community grows, there's likely to be more matches for those who are not necessarily close to major cities, so just sit tight and wait until the size of the community grows to a decent size.

Aii, I'm the only person listed in NC so far ^^; So many in surrounding states (whether they're listed on that map or not; I know of others) but no one in NC.... See, this is why I suck at BN ;P No one to Netbattle but the AI XD None of you guys are around, and my friends don't like Megaman or they don't own it *snickers*

This is really neat, I just joined it tonight. I live in Holiday FL, and already there are 2 listed Net Battlers that live very close to me, I could literally drive to their house and battle it out no problem. Maybe I should consider contacting them and planning a meeting... This is truly neat, I've never heard of Frappr before.
