Oh great, they cut ALOT of megaman episodes! Even the Maylu's Date episode! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! T_T

In today's episode, the gun-hold scene was held pretty good. Oh, when Ms. Yuri crossfused with SpikeMan, the 'breasts' were repainted blue instead of the original. *__^

Tomorrow's episode oughta be a treat for ProtoMan fans out there! ^__^

yea i noticed that, but it looked pretty good until she was tlaking to protoman, then you could see the white on the edge, they made the gun look like a ray gun LOL

So far, the only edits I caught were the toy-gun and the blue boobs, like Meggirl mentioned. I think the episode was handled nicely.

Notice how in the episode, they are already making references to Duo. Whereas in the original, nobody knew about Duo until Stream 2. This make me wonder if we'll be seeing stream dubbed soon. I also laugh at how in the original, Yuriko is supposedly dead (but I could be wrong, it's been quite awhile since the Axess episode summaries were up), and thats why we see her covered with a sheet.

Hmmm, at least they didn't pull a Yu-Gi-Oh and make it look like she was just pointing her fingers at Mariko.

I suppose the Boobs are a little suggestive, I just never thought about it that much.

Sasuke: They talked about Duo in the original as well.

Well two things I noticed. First they added a cross fusion sequence for megaman, for some reason. He didn't have one in the orginal. Second did Protoman say she was stronger because of what DUO did to her? Or did I imagine that?

Nope, you didn't imagine it. Dark Protoman said it. Thats why I think we might have Stream over here at some point in the next year or so.

Okay, this was DEFINTELY one of the best handled english episodes I've ever seen. The repainted boobs and the gun weren't much of a big deal, since I expected there to be a LOT more editing on the episode in general. For one thing, they actually kept the implications of death, which is a rarity. Instead of going with the "she moved away a long time ago" crap from the earlier episodes, the details Plane Crash, the whole thing with Duo, and Regal's orders to have her kill Mari were all kept.

The car scene also could've been a lot worse. The 'device' that she had to breakdown Misaki's nervous system was an...I guess, okay substitute for the gun, but the editing on the gun actually being showed later could've been better. I was expecting them to use the laser guns that Beef, Miyu and Sal used in Season 2, but whatever.

Janyse Jaud did an awesome job of playing all three of her characters (Mari, Yuri and Manuela) in this one too. Obviously there was a bit of added dialogue, but most of it was actually PART of the situation, so it seemed fine to me. I was expecting the last part with Dark Protoman's final blow to be heavily changed as well, but Mari's last "NO!!!" and the added news broadcast about what happened to Yuri and Misaki seemed to flow very well.

I have a LOT more faith in how the last three episodes will be handled now.

No..... you didn't imagine that. But she was also saying the Duo genetically did something to her after/during the plane crash, so it could explain something. And it's been a long while since I saw the original episode 48, so I couldnt' remember if Netto had a Cross Fusion scene or not. Blues is gonna be kill't tomorrow..... They'll probably cut out that whole scene. Anyways, it is true that Yuri's b00bs were a little suggestive(I honestly though they'd make her look like a dude). But oh well. Maybe some of these 6 year old's parents will see it and stop letting their kids watch it, so that the dubbers will grow brains and leave the show in it's original context. That's just my rant.

This was a very good episode.

There was the big Stream reference (Duo) and a smaller one (the meteor shower everyone wanted to see, meteor showers usually last a few days, so it could very well be the same one in the beginning of Stream 1.)

I noticed one animation error, when Protoman is talking to Laserman, you can see that the slash on his emblem is diagonal instead of vertical.

And that 'neuro-disrupter' looks like it would be more at home in a sci-fi story.

Next is 'Protoman Returns' The dub has handled the Axess finale fairly well so far, so Axess 49 should be very good.
