Not counting Dimensional Areas(that includes the EXE finale), the last time I really remember viruses being an issue was like... back in the N1. Last time that sticks out in my mind.

They seem to like tweaking story elements a bit. Maybe they want to pull out the term later? Sort of like how they used Duo early?

Hell, you ought to see Optimus Prime and LeoBreaker having conversations during their combination in TransFormers: Cybertron. Sheesh. It takes an overdone feature and makes it worse.

I suspect each series gets a sort of music budget. I've little doubt we'll get some new tunes.

I don't think Bass' was all that bad, just different. Someone brought it up over at MMNC, and mentioned that toon Bass' background was made before the game or manga had done so. I don't know the timeframe, but that'd make sense of it all.
From what I've heard, PharoahMan didn't have much background in the games, but he had a nice bit in the show, which got transferred over to Bass.

Indeed, with it so prominent in their comic, I imagine it was a creative decision. "Full Synchro" would be more of a slang or abbreviation for "Full Synchronization," so...
Ironically, I always thought that "Full Synchro" is what Lan and MegaMan had to do to Cross-Fuse anyway.
I enjoyed the ep, and really dug when Lan and MegaMan were using Navi Chips during Cross Fusion-- I always wondered if they could do that. Strange that MegaMan was using the Scope Blaster without being in full SearchSoul mode, though.
Overall, it was cool. Can't wait for Stream.

Number 1, they weren't talking about Duo EARLY. The scene in which Yuri explains to Misaki about Duo's meteor was ALWAYS there, in the Japanese version as well. You can even check the summary on the main site and see a small part of it says so as well if you don't have the Raw episode.
Number 2, why're you calling on Ryouko because of what I said about the ending? It's true. People would've probably been annoyed with that if they actually DID show the quick slideshow. |

You're complaining after we got all new music for Axess? Look at the original series, it's been using the same tweaked soundtrack for three series now, just adding a few new tunes here and there or themes for certain characters.

I would have liked to see the ending slideshow, but I was happy they kept in the scene with the shooting stars. I was initially told the ending was cut out, so I thought this had been too. When I saw the episode for myself, I'm glad I had interpreted it wrong. If they had shown the slideshow, they would have had to edit more out of the original episode footage to alot for time.

Somehow I really doubt that, Battle Network 3 was fully into production by the time the anime started. The backstory of Forte is the exact same between the game and manga as well, only the anime derived differently.
Also, I'd like to show just -how- edited the Shademan deletion scene was. I knew this one would be picked apart when they dubbed it, and I thought they didn't do too bad a job at all of it. Still kind of funny though. :)

Having only seen the final scene of Axess, I think they handled that pretty good compared to the original. As other's have said, it felt odd watching the battle without hearing the Axess opening.

Okay, so after watching some cartoons this morning, I poped in my tape (since I recoreded Viewtiful Joe on the same tape I taped the season finalle) and watched the episode once more. There were times that yeah, I was like "I wish they left that in" but taking into consideration that we have less time for shows than Japan does (because the TV industry is driven by commercials), they do have to cut some stuff weither we like it or not...
Anyways, I was listening to the music more closely, since we've had people complaining, and for the last scene it wasn't really that bad. I mean, yes there were sometimes I was huming the japanese cross fusion theme... more like playing it on my cd player... but it wasn't that bad.
Aside from that I was also impressed on how they kept close to everything of Chaud and Lan getting the crap beat out of them by Regal. As we've seen in the past, they tend to cut some of that stuff out greatly, like when Lan's strangled, held in a headlock, slashed up greatly (Dark ProtoMan), muffled by tape, you name it. I also noticed that Neo Variable Sword was left uncensored, by maybe because they were like "Well he's glowing already... bluring that will just make it worse," or maybe they just forgot to blur it. Granted, I will always watch the original from time to time, but occasionally I'll watch this just because I can understand what they're saying.
As for Stream, time will tell. I doubt KidsWB will get rid of it, on the account that the last time they did that... a lot of people went "COME ON!" and they forfitted and gave us these past two weeks just to finish the series. So if WB really wants to get rid of it, I doubt some of the fans won't go down without a fight.
As for some changes, well there has already been a ton of changes from original to Axess, i.e. shooting at the screen, lil' more violence. What we'd like to be changed... well keep the deleteing scenes (poor BeastMan), bye bye to the blurry swords (like that's ever going to happen), the crappy blurring of severed navi limbs (maybe Regal had hope for the navi's), well you can make your list.
And alas, we come to the movie. If the movie could follow the same outline that this past episode did, there may be hope that most to all of the scenes could be left intact. | My hopes for the movie have been raised a LITTLE bit by the "Where did Dr. Regal GO anyway?" "Who Cares?" stuff from the end of the episode. That, or they're gonna be doing some SERIOUS rewriting. |

They did it with the recent Pokémon movie...*looks up in thought* Erm, the one with Deoxys. The name slips me at the moment ^^; And I know they've played other movies in the past, Pokémon or not...
Let's just hope that it is released into theaters here, whether or not KidsWB decides to play it as a special (here's hoping not).

It was called Destiny: Deoxys. And that was heavily edited for time, if they make a special out of the EXE movie, no doubt it will be edited much the same, then go straight to DVD.

Anyway, I see no reason why we can't get the movie, I mean we've gotten EXE 1, 2, and Axess, and they're most likely to dub Stream so why hold out on a movie?

Fantastic. The dub has,as I've said before drastically, improved. The finale was awesome. Very little edited out (except for the full synchro words) and I love the "Lasermen" line. Excellent episode. I'm starting to find myself anxious for when Stream comes out.

I'm already waiting for Stream! I wonder what the new characters ( Dingo, Jasmine, etc.) will sound like? 
Random Rant about Axess: In the ep where Yai asks everyone to help her find the data from her lastest video game, I thought at the end of the ep, that the villians of the game would be the WWW members, but it was REALLY funny how they ended up being, Lan, Maylu, Ms. Mari, and Rush.  Good times, neh? ^_^
