There probaly just going to sell it on dvd and vhs and not put the movie in theaters.Since its onely 45 mins long.

I still find the Fyrefox-Firefox pun very amusing, but I guess they probably will change it like Napalmman into Moltanicman.

While hoping Nenji/Nenjiro stay completely intact is a little much, there is still hope that he wont have Fyrefox as his name. The dub has corrected names in the past, really. Look at the whole BurnerMan thing and Maylu. (For those who don't remember, it was discussed that Maylu is a hell of a lot closer to Mieru than Mayl is).

As for the movie, the digimon movies were the same way, and seeing as the movie is an essential part of Stream's storyline, they could do one of two things.

1) Pull a sailor-moon where they released the movies as "special features" during Streams run whether it be aired as a movie all in one day or split into a two part episode - either way they could do it.

2) (preferably) they pull a Digimon. Not many know that the Digimon movie we saw here in NA was actually three smaller Digimon movies edited together. Admit it or not, but for those of us who weren't as familiar with what goes on in Japan at the time, thought it was pretty darned good. They could SORT OF do the same thing with the EXE movie, but instead of using other movies (seeing as there was only one) they could use episode bits to explain more background for those who haven't been following the series. It could work, with some re-dubbing on certain key-scenes and kickass background music and clever editing like they did with the Digimon movie.

The Way It Goes:

Recap: EXE 1 & 2

It could do a super qquick recap of WHAT MegaMan EXE is (show a little bit of clips from EP. 1 or the original showing MegaMan's creation) and then some randomly (and cleverly) placed scenes showing the characters from the original EXE and scenes of the events up until Wily's and Grave's defeat. Make sure to show Bass and make mention of his odd appearances. (note, this would be background to a narrator, Lan, telling the story of how things began all while the credits role and kewl music plays in the background...something that mainstream crowds could relate to).

Recap: Axess

This would feature more voice-over-narration from Axess, quickly telling the story of Axess in as short a time as possible. Making special notes to the advance in Cross Fusion and also of Dr. Regal and Yuriko's special traits (they are probes of Duo) but how Dr. Regal was destroyed at the end of Stream (win narration and more music and making mention again of Bass and his slight interataction/motives in this series)

End of Recap - Begin Stream.

Again, They could almost replay Stream Ep 1 & 2 but only the key points are empahsized and shown - Comet heading for earth, Bass challenging Slur, Duo leaving world's fate in Lan & Chaud's hands...and Bass getting his ass handed to him.

Also, show any and all points that would directly help describe the movie's special things - like who the hell Colonel is, why Laika can cross fuse, and mention of the other Duo Saviors. This is where they could start showing the movie. (of course with some edits and narration to make it flow smoother).

This would, of course, make at least 20 mins of the movie recaps and "already played episodes". But, really, the majority of the movie will new and I think it will make it long enough for it to be aired in theaters...so...yeah...w/e.

I'm just curious as to how the new characters' voices will sound. Here's I would expect the new additions to soune like:

Jasmine - Lara Jill Miller (Kari from Digimon seasons 1 & 2)
Medi - maybe Michelle Ruff (Zoe from Digimon Frontier)
Dingo - Sai Sici's VA from G-Gundam
TomahawkMan (if they, hopefully, keep his name) - Saffron Henerson (Teen Gohan from DBZ)

Baryl or Barrel - Sean Schemmel (Goku)

Anyone else's voice is anyone's guess.

Um...Liger? You realize that NONE of the VAs you listed (with the exception of Saffron Henderson who played KID Gohan, not Teen Gohan >>) are in Canada, OR part of Ocean Group's union, so in other words NONE of them would be able to actually be able to play those characters.

And no, I'm not scooning you're opinion, I'm simply saying that none of those cases are actually going to happen because none of those actors are even PART of the same dubbing group as NT Warrior's cast. I think even Saffron Henderson recently moved out of Canada and into the U.S. since most of her previous roles have been taken over, and she's playing a character in Zatch Bell which was recorded in LA.

On a random note, the romanisation of Meiru in the games is probably the most correct. Since the "u" gets dropped often when romanising, it becomes Meil, which is Mail; As in Email...

I think Yamatoman is up in the air. It could go either way. And I am willing to wager that it will be Totemman instead of Tomahawkman. If it is Tomahawkman, then it's no one's loss, but I really think it will be Totemman. I just have a feeling.
