Has anyone succesfully caught a bee, I'm wondering how you "quickly equip your net" when you have to go to the menu drag it then go back, by that time the bees are all over you.
Also, people are asking for a roach, where do I find one of those? I remember back in the GC days you'd leave garbage in your home. _________________

Bees:
apparently you have to make them run after you and go ito your menu, they can't sting you there... equip your net when they're behind your head and use the net as quickly as you can... _________________

I have everyone here added.
My info:
5283-4258-4153
Town: Canada
Name: SR
It would probably be better to have two people around when trying to get bees, one to shake the tree and the other to catch them. _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |

32, 4 pages of 8. You might be able to have different friend lists on each character, haven't tried yet. _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |

Let's say that I have the friend code of some on the wi-fi, do they also need to have my friend code in order for me to visit that town? Because it has not worked for me so far. _________________

I´m planning on getting a DS and Animal Crossing: Wild World, so I have a few questions:
1) What exactly is Wi-Fi? Is it the device used to go to other towns in AC or is that something else?
2) Does the Wi-Fi/device come with the DS or is it sold separately?
I´m so dense. :puku: _________________ MegaMan Kilobit

1) Yes, you use it to go to other towns. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wi-Fi
2) It's built in, but you will need the following to use it:
a. A computer, broadband or dsl, and a wireless network. If you don't have a wireless router, you can buy Nintendo's wireless connector (which requires very little setup, perfect if you don't know what you're doing) at their online store here. US and Canada only. It's pretty much only available online currently, but the offcial Nintendo store(s) and "select stores" in Canada are selling them. Judging by the packaging, they'll most likely be available everywhere when more games are released.
b. A Wi-Fi hotspot. Check NintendoWiFi, or some other site for a hotspot search. Go to the hotspot, and use the game's built-in Wi-Fi setup. You might want to take the connection manual that comes with the game, just in case. _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |

You can use R or L for running instead of B if you use buttons, but that's only useful inside of your house. _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |

Thanks for the bee advice, I'll try that the next time I go tree shaking. Nook finally coughed up a shovel for me... now I don't have very many places to dig...
I've added everyone so far, however I don't see anyone open. I've tried in the middle of the day and around 22-00 EST hours.. _________________

Got it today for christmas. Anyway, don't expect anything special since it's just started but in case anyone is interested in dropping me a house-warming gift or something:
Name: Leon
Town: Fortuna
Friend's Code: 4853-9315-7463
BTW, stupid question, but whenever I talk to my villagers, I don't seem to be given the ability to run errands for them. I only get two choices. Anyone care to say what's up with that? |

You get them by talking to them normally, most of the time they're going to be find (bug) or (fish), but there are also ones to find fossils or certain types of furnature. You can also deliver things, but it's a little less common.
Adding both of you now. _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |
