It looks like they are ripped from a picture saved in a JPG format out of either a scanned article or from a site. Not very good quality of a sprite, but an interesting character to say the least.

Well, I was trying to see if I could make Circusman look cool by giving him a Colonel Cross, but it looked like crap so I said "Well, why not reverse it and create Circus Cross Colonel?" I'm gonna try the Colonel Cross for Circusman again, for anyone who cares.

Holy crap, that thing is weird. Instead of Colonel Cross Circusman, why don't you do a Tenguman Cross Colonel instead? (And how come you call them Colonel Cross instead of Colonel Soul?)
