If you ask me...Duel Master and Rockman are closer
with all the stuff they put in the movie showing Shobu and R Rockman
and Greiga and Faltzer are COMPLETELY Duel Masters esque.

Falzer reminds me of Ho-Ho also but Griega doesn't remind me of anyone. There arn't any Legendary Wolves in Pokemon.

I think it's because Greiga is built like a dog, and a kind of mix of Raikou and Entei, colored green, with a little more spikes, and a big tail.
But Faltzer is a little like Ho-Oh. I wouldn't be surprised if (if they continued the EXE series which I hope to GOD they will T_T ) they included a Pokemon crossover. Wonder how that one would work... :/

I agree, and all the leaves are another shared attribute. LOL. But the legendary dogs/greiga and ho-oh/falzer thing wouldn;t work, because Greiga and Falzer are parallel in strength, while Ho-oh is waaaay stronger than the legendary dogs.

| If im not mistaken, in exe 1 2 or 3, yai has a jigglypuff plushi on her tv, theres sprites of it around the net. There was also where somone had a pikachu poster and or mat, don't remember who. |

I don't mean to disagree or anything but wolves are a member of the dog family and Gregia is a dog like beast, not an actual wolf. Gregia still reminds some people of the legendary dogs anyway. Thats just the way I sees it, but as people know I'm stupid to begin with so it is possible I'm wrong.

People called Entei , Raikou, and Suicine(Favorite =P) alot of things
they called em cats, dogs, wolves, someone just called em beasts...
I dunno but i think the official strategy guide called em Dogs...

In my opinion there are enough Pokemon references in EXE, more than original, and zero references I mean Yai had a pikachu rug in one of the games. there was a classic Duo poster in Netto's room in 3, and a Megaman Zero poster or mat in yet another gamem, cant remember were though.
SO yeah there are plenty of references to classic, pokemon, and the Zero series. HEck if there was a pokemon cross over that would be creepy. I mean Rockman gained Achamo Cross, Achamo Armor, Achamo soul, or Achamo style, that would be weird.

Hey, games are allowed to reference other games and use them in little tidbits, but I doubt the Greiga Faltzer thing came from Pokemon. The ancient beast thing is used there, but I have heard of a Japanese legend that wolves and eagles were sworn enemies, so it probably came from there.

Wow. So many connections, so little time. There are a lot of connections, and I bet there are a bunch more people haven't discovered. And to me [spoil:9e5a6bee13]Greiga looks like the Gospel Virus Beast[/spoil:9e5a6bee13]. Falzer, less so.
And don't get me started on Pokemon P.A.'s, cause I could throw out tons.

Spiky viruses reminds me of Jolteon. And then there are Spookys that look like Poes from LoZ: Wind Waker, and the Shadow virus reminds me of Heartless. Also, PETs are like DS's; you can play with others online with them. Too bad the DS doesn't come with a Navi, eh?

Yeah, 'cause both the crobat and those viruses are equally annoying! A net-op is like a trainer, a navi is like a stronger, rarer pokemon, and a virus is like a weaker, more common pokemon.
