the way i beat Wily in MM8 was i used FlameSword on his first form and my Regular Buster on his second ^.^

Here's something I discovered while playing MM8 some time ago, now I don't know to how far this is usefull but:

When using the 'Mega Ball' you can bounce right? well if you hold jump you'll bounce higher, though if you fire the MBall around the top of the jump you can perform an infinite jump, vertical at any rate, horizontal is a little tougher...

this bounceball ability is put to good use in Searchman's stage when trying to nab that far to highly placed bolt.
