No, I thought the same thing. Tohru is an anime-only character, and Shun is a manga/game-only character. Furthermore, Net Saviors are only present in the anime. You can't really mix them up, unless you assume that Shun is eventually introduced in the anime.

I think that this is gonna happening:
Netto is still a Netsavior and works at the science labs with his father. And is married with Meiru.
Rockman works side by side with Netto.
Meiru is a piano teacher is, also a netsavior and married with Netto.
Roll works side by side with Meiru.
Dekao runs a curry shop.
Gutsman works side by side with Dekao and is still in love with Roll.
Yaito is head of Gabcom and has a strawberrymilk factory.
Glyde works side by side with Yaito and buys everything yaito wants.
Enzan is head of IPC and married with Anetta. He still is a Netsavior too.
Blues works side by side with Enzan.
Anetta is married with Enzan and works at IPC. |

Don't think so hard. You can make predictions for any character and we'll know what you mean.

Here is what I think:
MegaMan/Roll-They may get married and maybe have twins, a boy and a girl
Lan-a SciLab scientist like his dad
Maylu-married to Lan, a piano teacher, a mother of two kids-a boy and a girl
Dex-a curry chef with his own cooking show
Chaud-president of BlazeQuest and husband to Annetta
Yai-not sure exactly, but I'm sure it's great
ProtoMan-maybe he'll get married to a female Net Navi named Crimson and have a lil girl.
