PS teen titan was scripted by US people and animated by the Japanese, so is it an anime or cartoon?

It's american it just uses some anime things in it.

Well, geeze, you beat me to it. But, yeah...

* SLIGHT MANGA SPOILERS *

Miyu: "Accept this token of apology."
Lan: "A stack of rare chips! Thanks!"
MegaMan: "From me too, mystery lady!"
Miyu: (I'm no mystery compared to you... a NetNavi with a human soul. You two just might be able to reach... the summit of the UnderNet... the realm of the "Black Shadow!")

And I'm sure the Hub Style was a foreshadowing of sorts to Lan and MegaMan's relationship. Ryo Takamisaki has a lot of other things to deal with at the moment... the brotherhood should be saved for something more climactic anyway.

And as far as I know, the manga in Japan is only two mangas ahead of us... so since the series is still running, we can't pass it off, yet, that Hub isn't going to show up... especially with such strong hints.

The same would go for the anime, to a certain extent... but from the looks of it, it doesn't look like the writers have any intention of tossing Hub into the picture at all...
