We may never see the movie... *possible spoilers*

Well we would be veyr pissed of but we cant do anything to change whatever they do to the movie that we dont like. The brightside is that they will eventualy release the dvd in japan sooner or later then we can all enjoy the orignal version in all its glory. I as well wish to see it to but by the way it looks it seems that it will be realsed by the end of stream so it seems like a waste to find out anything from the movie if by the end of stream everything is explained.

Actually, in my opinion at least, if they DID come out with the movie that it would be totally uncut, no glowy swords, them being allowed to say 'die' and 'kill'. I know that coparing them to 4Kids is a little much, but surprisingly, among their tv shows, 4kids has actually done a GOOD job with their movies, including all 7 pokemon movies and even the Yugioh movie. Plus, if the Rockman movie comes to DVD first, and since Shopro has become Viz Media now, that means they might become lighter with their home releases. Or even if they show it on Kids WB or Cartoon Network or something, it'd be totally uncut there too. It might not be directly translated like a lot of other shows, but unless there's something in the movie that's WAY over the edge (which I sincerely doubt) I think that it might be in good hands wen it crosses to us. IF it crosses to us rather.

As far as the original japanese release, I don't think there's too much to worry about, considering it so well in theaters. My dad says if a movie ends up doing badly, then the DVD release comes out quicker. If the Rockman movie did well, maybe they're taking more time for extra features or something, or maybe a release WITH the Duel Masters movie, or maybe I'm wrong, which is always th case on this forum. But still, I think that it'll be released eventually, there's not much reason for it NOT to unless I missed something.

Wait a minute..... I thought that ShoPro was renamed to Viz Media, not 4Kids! x_x Didn't ShoPro use to dub MegaMan: NT Warrior?! X_X I'm so confused!! x_X

I'm pretty sure that it will get released at least to DVD here...A while back I remember reading something on G4.com about Capcom releasing two movies on two of thier franchises...I don't remember the first one, but I remember it said "MegaMan". I think I posted the link in an older topic...I'll see if I can find it.

I remember seeing the Yugioh Movie say "Don't give me that bull" Not a swear, but alluding towards one.

I heard they got away with guns too. Hmm... that doesn't really sound that much like dissing themselves. It just sounds more along the levels of whenever the characters interrupt Team Rocket's motto in Pokémon. But I guess if 4Kids can treat their movies decently, there's plenty of hope for the EXE movie... but the fact of the matter is, if I have to see it strictly in English, and never be given the opportunity to watch the original Japanese version... eh, it'll bug me.

Eh, the Japanese dub to the Yu-Gi-Oh! movie is so much better just for the fact it has 10 mins of extra footage, the original music and voices. Not to mention it is widescreen and has a story that makes sense. Oh, and Kaiba ain't a prick. The only thing the US DVD has better is it has 5.1 audio whereas the Jp version does not.

As for Duel Masters. The dubbers probably said, "You know what, this show sucks. Therefore, let's make it a parody dub instead."

well seeing that the Rockman.Exe Moive would first show in Movie theaters and would have a rating on it i would think that they would leave in words like KILL and DIE and not have the glowy swords because its not like the TV show where little kids can just turn on the TV and watch some NAVI get ripped apart (Which is cool ^.^)

If the moive comes come half the kids that watch the dub and have no clue about stream would be "WTF who the heck is Duo? Why is the CF different? What kind of PETs are those?...." unless stream hits use before the moive comes out, there are going to be confused kids out there. lol anyway, I could get the moive from Japan if i asked...

Of course I'm going to watch more Stream eps before I ask through...
