Uwa.... For simpler terms, Napalm is the baby of Fire and Glue?
And as for the not washing off part, would that mean it'd hafta be completely smothered, or perhaps that its oxygen source came from what it was sticking onto (if it wasn't smothered?), because, I'd assume it would have to come off if one jumped in the drink.
...And that's where you use crude oil-fire... hee hee hee. _________________ Hypothesis: Barrel > You

Oh. Didn't even catch Hikari Angel's comment.
Yeah... in Japan, the Classic series scientist who built Rockman? He's Dr. Light or Dr. Right (either one, since they're pronounced the same). He's Dr. Light here, though he's been called Dr. Right in the past (earlier MegaMan games and the Captain N cartoon).
The Hikari surname is strictly an EXE thing. Netto's father is referred to as Dr. Hikari from time-to-time, and a similar title could be given to Yuuichirou's father, Tadashi (who resembles, but isn't, Dr. Light). _________________

See, the problem withNapalm is that many who were in the Vetnam war, have very painful memories of people getting burned by Napalm and freak out whenever they hear the word. So, if their 5 year old grandson is going"get him Napalmman!", they could relive their memories and maybe do something drastic.
Also, people blame soccer moms waaaay too much. I mean in Justice League Unlimited, some cwboy is shooting off at everyone saying "yeeeha!". I really don't see that show being cancelled. _________________

No, I included the name changes for exe5 in that list for the sake of it being a name change. It is unknown if that will be his name or if any of the characters who got a name change will have those as their names in the dub. _________________

It's either Laika, Raika, Leica, Riker, or a variety of Engrish spellings. Take your pick.
I prefer 'Laika', though >>;;

It's Raika in English. Japanese can be translated a number of ways, and even the official sources screw the names up sometimes when they write them in English (Blues and Gutsman got murdered in BCGP, IIRC)... so if you're REALLY unsure, just go by how the name actually sounds. It's pronounced "ligh-kah," which in Romaji is "Laika". And as stated probably many times, R's and L's are interchangable in Japanese... so "Raika" is pronounced the exact same way (and thus is also correct). _________________

Yeah that's the intrument I was thinking of. Might be the best idea of how they named him. Seeing as they like music names for some characters. |

Blues was "Bleuce", not sure about Gutsman but he's probably Gatsman. Not as bad as a preorder page that had the game "Rockman Exe 5: Team of Bruce", though. _________________ Make a random avatar/ banner. | Atomic Fire's oekaki board. |

Unless an official source actually spelled it out with an L, there's no way to know that for sure. I haven't seen any proof of him being called Laika from any sources... |
His name is Laika. It's just pronunced as Raika because of the Law of L and R in Japan

Actually... Laika is the type of dog that was sent into space, more precisely, a West Siberian Laika. The dog didn't have a name. It says so in the history section in my book about dogs. |
