It isn't really an "animation error" if you think about it.
Ojamajo Doremi is a cute magical girl series spanning from 1999-2004 about a little girl named Doremi who becomes a witch after transforming another witch into a blob. She and her friends take witch exams and go on whimsical adventures to defend their titles to change the witch back into her normal self. The series is dubbed by 4Kids TV and is now airing as Magical DoReMi.
There is more, but I'd be repeating everything I said on my Doremi fan site.
