Funny scenes? Oh, i know one. It was in this one episode where TorchMan was reaking havoc in the net, and then went into the salon's computer and ended ruining Meiru's haircut. Then, she went to school and was laughed at by Netto and Dekao and qucikly becomes very angry. I was laughing about how Meiru took out her anger on the wack-a-mole game.
Netto and Dekao shouldn't have laughed XD.

Which of course.... Meiru deletes Netto's homework he worked so hard on. Priceless .
My favorite funny scene(s) from Rockman.EXE are from Axess and Beast Plus. (The first and second season too  )
- Netto and Dekao getting dropped off a bacony, and falling into the ocean below( Dekao was drowning even thought he knew how to swim. Sad XD)
- That car racing episode( have no idea what it was called again  ) where rush was the winner XD( it left me laughing after 3 seconds of going, "What?" )
- In the Virus Busters episode, when Netto and co. were being chased by viruses.(Every last one of them screaming. Priceless. XD)
- Episode 5(Axess), where every time Rockman and Metalman fought, Bubbleman always interfered, sending the sprinklers off and even tried to get rid of Netto. Netto and uh... the girl's reactions were downright hilarious. (He never learns....XD)
-Beast Plus 9(I believe) the episode with Elementalman. Oh, I promise you, I was on the floor rolling over laughing. Elementalman's op defied the law of gravity. That litte subtitle with rockman on it saying(NOT sure its an exact translation):"Don't try this at home, kids!"
Ryuusei no Rockman funny scenes:
- Luna calling Rockman "Rockman-sama". Priceless. Definetly not expected.XD

Let's see...
Not sure which episode, but it was during the N1 Story Arc, when Netto had to use the restroom and found it closed, resulting in him running around, clutching his bottom in panic. Happens all the time at my school.
The awesome Blues Sweat Drop from the Netmobile Grand Prix.
Any of the two Afro eps.
In Axess 21(dub), when Chaud finds the jetski and the duck shaped paddleboat, he says something along the lines of '' There!'', and Protoman goes ''The duck?'' to which Chaud answers: '' No! Beside the duck!''

Yes, the first one that you mentioned was yet another very funny moment. Oh, in the dub episode that you are reffering to protoman was reffering to a boat by the dock, and then Chaud thought it was a battle-boat XD. Then protoman goes "Not the duck, what's next to the duck?" *also found the part funny*
Another funny part in my opinion was when Raol and Chaud were in disguise and were trying to teach Lan a lesson. XD, there costumes were so funny! They both had 'fros, lol.

And while we're on the topic, does anyone recall Stream 15? And the puppet Meijin + Netto? So funny seeing the Meijin puppet bounce up and down in agitation going "-san wa iranai!" XD |

Lol, i remember the virus buster one.
Another funny episode was where Netto was traveling around, and he comes to this place where the tour guide shows him various curry dishes in which he eats and promptly becomes bloated

my favorite one would have to be from Stream or it may be Beast (i can't remember) and it's when Roll yells at Bubbleman and turns him into a ball it's hilarious!

Oh, i didn't know that  .
Another funny part was in this episode were Lan and MegaMan were attempting to protect a control x system, and they started out at an air show festival. And then MegaMan and Lan were in this simulator with airplanes and MegaMan snuk up behind Lan's plane and blew it up Next, MegaMan says that was like the 10th time that he had one the game- I don't think Lan wanted to play anymore XD.

Reviving an old thread, but meh! ^^;
Some of my fav parts in EXE include:
-Anetta's special sandwich she gives to Netto and Enzan in Axess. I've only seen the dub version of that ep, but Netto's all like "Here goes" and bitting down on it, being shocked that it tastes good. The look on Enzan's face was priceless.
-Ep 55 (i think it's called Blues' Long Day) where Blues asks Enzan "Is this really okay?" and the shot shows Enzan infront of a toilet wearing a Pink apron with plunger in hand asking "How do I do this again?" I couldn't stop giggling at that.
-"Super Ultra Perfect Special Great Fantastic Net Saviour!"
-The Navi-Aid Chip and Meijin's laugh!!
-Makoto and Meijin in Beast, where Netto and is listening in on their conversation and catching small bits, which Meiru over romantasises loudly, causing the SciLabs staff (who are also eavesdropping) to all go EHHHH?! Ridiculous, but funny.
-Axess 12, when Netto got stuck half in and out of the DA in the lab!!
-Gauss's Dr Wily Otaku collection!!
-Ep 47 Stream where Charlie comes home and sits on the sofa, only to find Tesla there.
-When Trill is crying, Yuuichirou turns the volume down
In Ryuusei (the little that I have seen):

I never thought that this thread can survive for so long. Please keep posting. I enjoy hearing what you say is funny. And for that, everyone that has posted on this thread can now do it again! Thanks again to everybody who posted here!
To also stay on topic, in Stream 37, seeing Dekao open his shirt was too much for me! Dingo's reaction was pricelessXD Plus, in Ryuusei no Rockman 23, seeing Luna at the end seasick had me ROFL senseless! Her sound like she was blowing chunks, which she did, had my cheeks red for at least half an hour |

Beast 14.
Enzan was all "survival mode" finding food, getting things to work and other stuff, then sees Meiru putting on some masque.
Loved that look XD

I remember that episode... the one where everyone turns into cats. a very random episode, but that whole episode was funny. |

I thought the part in Stream Episode 5 was pretty funny: Charlie is hitting on Mariko infront of the class, which is enraging Netto. Charlie is leaving and stops to blow a kiss to Mariko, which Netto catches and begins to stomp on. It kind of reminds me of the scene in Naruto with Lee and Sakura.
