anywho, I think capcom was asked by one of the major sites awhile ago, and Capcom was reasonably fine with it as long as we don't charge for it. Forget which site tho. o_O Or my memory might be mixed up (again)

I like how Capcom's response is really more regarding their stance on fan-made remixes, like the stuff on OCR, rather than in-game songs as the original question states. But I guess if they don't really directly answer, we can all twist that response how we see fit! Wink

Yeah, technically it still fits their criteria, and I'm not gonna complain. But they don't really say anything there about MP3s FROM their games in that response.
