I know they're somewhere on bittorrent... WPP still has them up I think. If nobody's seeding them, I'll download the torrent again and seed for awhile.
Yea, the dub just isn't the same. I have a feeling that if I spoke fluent Japanese, the original would seem a bit cheesey, but something about the Japanese language is fascinating. Which isn't to say that all Japanese shows are captivating like that, that just cheapens EXE. But it certainly helps.
The original series just had that... I don't know, it's just great.
Lookin' forward to the Beast and Beast+ subs! :D I was never able to see Beast+, and only a handful of Beast... |

WPP's tracker definitely should have all currently subtitled EXE episodes available for download. I plan to start offering each new release as a direct download as well through a basic upload site (so we don't strain our own server). _________________ "Cats are interesting. I still like EXE. In fact, the reason my recent batch of AMVs have been Ryuusei is because I have an abundant supply of Ryuusei no Rockman & Tribe episodes to work with.
On the same subject, if Ryouko can provide more EXE, that would be deeply appreciated. _________________

Both series are fun games and both have their ups and downs. If feel that EXE has more strategic battles and more difficult bonus material, while I feel the Ryuusei games handle their characters better and can pull out some pretty creative concepts.
It's good to hear that Beast and Beast + are still being worked on. The whole Cache Arc still confuses the heck out of me.
...Now excuse me while I go punch out someone who's whining in the hall about how the person they're talking to is ruining their life. _________________ ' I don't care if the buzz isn't real- I can roleplay being drunk!'

Really? I thought a lot of the stuff in the ryusei series was botched, including the character personalities. Though, I'm not going to rag on it, it's cool in its own right. Just sayin' that it's sort of replaced EXE everywhere else. >_>
A lot of the stuff in Ryusei just seems either too far-fetched, handled improperly, or weird. Like the matter waves for instance... meh-- they could've done it better. Plus the whole design scheme and characters just seem so much better to me in EXE... :\ And the... Oh nevermind, that's not why I'm here. XD |

If they had the 30 minute time like they did before Beast or Beast+ Ryusei might have been better. |

Well, if there's one thing I think Ryuusei definitely, 100% trumps EXE on, it's that it's anime had far better art overall.
And now that same person is whining in the hallway again... *RAGE* _________________ ' I don't care if the buzz isn't real- I can roleplay being drunk!'

Kind of like the EXE anime. ^_~ Cool on its own... but I think their biggest mistake was chucking the Saito Hikari plot point in favor of Cross-Fusion. I think Axess was probably when the show jumped the shark. Way to chuck the entire point of the series, guys! ^^;;; I honestly haven't watched anything past "Farewell Blues", I just lost interest. So maybe I don't miss EXE as hard as everyone else... but I do miss it ;-;
EDIT: Oh, hey, 100th post. After 3 years. ABOUT FRIGGIN TIME XD;;; Man, if only the board hadn't been hacked, I'd still have my 2000+ count... ah well. _________________

Hmm...if only I was more dedicated to a long term project and a better artist I'd have a go at my ideas for an AU EXE comic/manga... _________________

Yea, I'm not fond of Cross Fusion at all, that's why the original series is my favorite. Really would've liked to see Saito...
But I don't think ryusei has better art. In either the design sense or the actual drawings. There were a few EXE artists who did awesome jobs... Every once in a while you recognize a particular art and animation style and wish they had done the entire series. |

On the other hand some of the episodes in EXE had terrible animation quality! XD _________________

Indeed, haha. But I don't think at all that ryusei trumped it. O_o Also, even if they were 30 minutes, the designs and the characters and just the entire universe isn't as cool as EXE... not even close.
But, enough about ryusei! >_> |

Cross Fusion was ok. Mostly to see how the Navis looked when combined with the Operators. While Maylu deserved and should have got a spot on the team, I still would have liked to see Kero and Toadman fight. But of course, she has always been a favorite. *kero kero* Um. I'll have to see how many there were again. |

Oops. Sorry. Typed wrong. Since there were 13, you think they could have added Higby and Kero. That would be an even 15. |

While I would rather they had continued to focus on the navis in the cyberworld rather than cross fusion, if cross fusion was an absolute MUST, I would've kept it at only Rockman and Blues, and maybe Searchman. The ability just got so cheap as the series went on.
If I had been in charge of the series, I would have put more focus on Rockman, in particular his past as Saito and his relationship with Roll. |

Yess I'ma big fan of RockXRoll XDD
I think Cross fusion was overused in Axess but after a while it got ok.
Oh, Saito-kun. There are Beast + eps I found in Youtube, but they're not subbed. I found all the eps except ep 10.
I saved it in my private playlist on my channel so if u want the link I can give it to u. _________________ Your voice seems to freeze reaching me...
