A contest entry on dA about "killing" a clock. But I waited until the last minute and had to whip this up quick. Laughing

Been a while. I had computer issues the past week, and it's not fun trying to upload images on dial-up. ^^; Plus I've spent a lot of time recovering stuff, too. So this is a little delayed in being posted to the forum, but enjoy some Burai as Star Force 2 is now out:

Been a while since I've had to double post. ^^;

Starting this off with lineart of MM9's Splashwoman. Meh, I tried, going off the things we've seen. I've got too much crap to do that I can't see being able to color it real soon. So in the meantime, anybody who wants to do so here can. Doesn't mean I won't in the future:

Actual explanation at the dA link, but basically Kraft's Cheeseasaurus Rex kicking monster butt. Got a little lazy towards the end on the background, but that wasn't supposed to be the focus anyways:

You know, Splashwoman seems like interesting idea. I kind of wish she had legs thought but it's nice to see a girl though. The other one is weird. Real weird. Nice though.

Surprisingly, Splashwoman is the first Robot Master that no body needs to apply rule 63 to. You're skills are still something else. I really like your style of drawing.

Well, I now know it's not exactly how she looks...but I like my version better. Laughing

Two recent Ryuusei-related, semi-comic contest entry pics today.

In the future, wave-form aliens will merge with humans and play videogames that are direct ripoffs of what we enjoy today...

And this one...isn't done. ^^;
The deadline for Maqqy's contest was yesterday, but I can't get it all finished how I want it. Even after trying to go into hiding and stop gaming for a bit. *sigh* So I'm submitting it both for the contest and to dA like this, but hope to seriously finish it off within a week or so. I'll make mention when it is done. But other than a missing panel, or art for one, and some touchup, you get the gist of it:

Since I was in the mood giving the left, right, etc.'s, I was merely making a joke that it was like the Konami code...but these are Capcom characters we're dealing with after all. Razz

That guy is Ken Suther, owner of the Big Wave card shop. In other words, RnR/SF's version of Higsby, if you haven't played it. Along with Shin, he's the other guy who got no attention in the anime.

Pic updated and now finished, BTW. Same link from my last post, I'm just not updating the Imageshack thumb. But it's done now.

I'd like to think with this sudden wave of excitement again by fans for the third game that history would repeat itself, and we'd get a surprise return of the anime. I have no clue how the Penguin show's ratings have been or if there would be any other (full, preferably) timeslot open. If the animators were working on kicking the series up a notch during this off-time, while also recharging a bit, awesome. But I'm not holding out hope it actually will happen. Rockman anime as a whole lasted quite a few years, and usually shows don't get that long of a period to keep running. Especially practically year round. So that's why it's probably a good bet it won't come back.

Yikes, I've been slow at posting this:

My entry in levii's contest at TMMN's advanced oekaki board. (Yes, multiple contest pics is all I've been able to muster the past few months. :/) Based on the connections I saw between the Bride of Frankenstein and Orihime+Empty. Seriously, it was this or Gori Monjirou dressed as Splash Woman. I'm not kidding. I almost went there.

And then, I did go there. Well, I've started it at least. Laughing

Hoping to do some other things to it and finish it soon.
