| Why cant they work on Exe & Dash at the same time, they can do sort of a cross over like what they do with Boktai |

Because Boktai is made by Konami, so Capcom didn't need to invest any time in making that series too. Dash is made by Capcom so they will need to invest time in two games at the same time, time that they don't have, like Junkman said.

Designing one game at a time is probably enough work for them. If they decided to work on both at once, either side of the fandom would go nuts about having to wait so long for another game. Also, the crossover thing really sucks
There's a Rockman game coming out for the PSP called Rockman Rockman, which is a recreation of Rockman 1, but Inafune is still sticking by his original thoughts on Rockman 9 and Dash 3. But, this doesn't mean Capcom will keep making recreations/ports/whatever, which I'm sure will be just as entertaining.
