Possibly, but the amount of damage shown in the pictures I doubt any could survive that kind. As long as the central parts aren't damaged they can survive, about like a human's but there are cases where internal damages to a reploid can cause them to shut down as well which has been seen in a number of Rockman series from the original on up the ranks.

Zero didn't "survive" his self destruction when he faced off against Vile. And he came back.
Whether or not Zero is dead really plays no part in determining whether or not he will return. If they want to make Rockman Zero 5, all they need are Zero's parts and some scientist willing to put together a puzzle.

On last MMZ4 picture we see Zero's helmet, but we don't see rest of his body. That can mean two things:
1. Zero exploded in space, and only that part crashed on Earth, OR
2. Zero losed his helmet, but survived, and is somewhere on Earth.
On Rockman ZX website we see someone that look like zero without helmet. I think that Zero still lives, and just losed helmet.
