Sounds like a good idea. It's a bright blue-green, so getting those colors might be hard. I'll be making a BCM one too. _________________

Okay, the sheet is looking a lot more complete now. 3 emotions, 1 extra frame, 3 full rows, 4 colors, and BCM in work stages.
Any problems again, because it's starting to become a pain to fix.
Also, as a favor, if anyone has RnR, could someone please use this mugshot as their icon? I really want to see this used since I don't own the game yet and this is the perfect opportunity. _________________

I don't mean to offend you, but you know how people earlier said the mugshots looked kind of chubby? I think it's because the neck looks a bit thick. It seems that way to me.

I think I can see what you are trying to do with the facesets, you are trying to pose him differently so that his body is at an angle, similar to the one that you have in your signature of Zero. Most likely you will have the signature changed in the future when someone looks at this thread, but for the moment my comparison stands I think. The problem with posing Rockman.EXE in such a way is that his clothing is mainly the same color and there is no way to tell some of the parts apart from one another. So the neck and shoulder look like they have merged together to form one large neck when people look at it. That is what is throwing people off into seeing something wrong with the facesets.
With that addressed I think I do see one thing that you could work on in your sprite work, and that is in the mouth animations. From looking at them the mouth doesn't seem to be opening far enough or have enough of a shadow on it to show some motion. It kind of looks like he is attempting to keep his mouth closed or blowing rather then talking. _________________

Darn. I knew something was wrong with the mouth. Thanks for that feedback though. I really appreciate it. I noticed that one the mouth, it shrinks a little first then opens. I could never get it quite right because it looks like he tries to make an o mouth on the first frame. But the second frame is alright isn't it?
How about now?

Small sprite I did. At first I was just trying to do BCM, but I messed up on the palette so it's Dark Soul now.
Edit: Both colors now

Sorry about not replying right away, I have been busy. The mouth still needs some work done to it from what I can see. It looks a bit off at the lower lip where it looks like it is jutting out or slanted in a slope to the right like this \, you need to make it slope in the other direction like so, /. That should fix that small problem there, and that is all that I can see for the moment other then making the mouth a bit longer to match how it looks closed. _________________

Hmm, the mugshots for Rock look....chunky....if you catch my drift. I'm not really a spriter, so I can't offer a sure fire way for you to fix it...it's just the way it looks is chubbier than what Rock normally looks like. But the composition is very nice!
