I got bored earlier today and sketched this. After being semi-pleased with the end result, I inked, scanned, and colored it. This was the result.

Being that this is the first bit of Rockman.exe fanart that I've done, it looks like total fecal matter. But, at least I tried.

Yar, that just looks like a Rockman Chibi sorta. I don't see no IceMan quality in that pic. Other than his icon and those things on his checks. :\
