Although, I have played Boktai. Which is a pretty good game. :P

I picked up the first one during the winter and could get it to work because of lack of sunlight. I don't know it it's because of worn out sensore or because it's used but I'm annoyed because I can't get past the first vampire!

Oh man, those games are awesome. I have both Boktais and play them more than any of my other games. As you can probably tell from my avatar, I'm a rabid Sabata fangirl. He's so cute! :D Otenko's cool too, and [spoil:b382685a4d]Jormungandr[/spoil:b382685a4d] is so cute and ugly (don't ask how that's possible, it was my friend's idea), and I think he would be a cool pet, as long as he didn't try to eat my birds.

I enjoy the Boktai series very much. It's a very unique game. Although I got 2 in October so I couldn't enjoy it fully, now that Summer is comming and it's getting nicer outside I can play again.

Yeah, the whole sunlight thing is pretty awesome. In fact, that's what got the friend I mentioned in my last post into it, and even her mom likes it. I wish Boktai was more popular; every Boktai-related thread on here and the old board has died so quickly, and we need one that will live. T_T

Anyway, I still remember that I got Boktai 1 the day before 2 came out in Japan, and I got 2 sometime in November. Of course, I wasn't getting much sunlight that time of year, and the so-called full spectrum light we got for my birds only gives me one or two bars of sun if I hold it just right (which is uncomfortable), but I still enjoyed it very much. It might've been more fun to play through it in the summer, but no way I'd wait that long to play one of my favorite games ever. Plus I've beaten it and gotten a whole bunch of stuff, so I'm not about to restart anytime soon. Razz

Maybe after I get to level 99 and get everything in the whole game...

It's a game that's actually different from others. I wanna get it but I think my mum won't let me naturally ~ -_- -.- Oh well, I hope I earn enough money from paperrunning and then buy it maybe online, you'll simply never know. What about the trailer? You guys seen it? I just don't know how to take those stupid screencaps....... -_-;

I have never played Boktai, though I would like to. The idea they created for the game is really cool. Not only does it get kids to play outside, but it can also give you a nifty tan.
