GameFAQs Spring Contest 2005

As most of you probably know, GameFAQs has a contest every summer to determine who is the most popular video game character. The spring contest is similar except that it's only for video game VILLAINS.

You can only nominate a maxiumum of 10 villains.

Sephiroth better not be in the competition...gets too many fangirls.

Anyways, I nominated Saro from Dragon Warrior 4. He's one of my favorite villians, since he's one of the only villians you can actually feel sorry for.

Very happy to see Luca made it in against someone he stands a chance against this time, since he's my favorite videogame villian and stuff Smile

Unhappy to see Ramirez against Sephiroth though. I like Ramirez quite a lot, even though he's pretty much a clone of his opponent and this is pretty much an instant loss for him x_x

Well, I forgot my GameFAQs password, so I'm just going to make comments.

I'm glad Mithos made it in, as well as Dr. Robotnik, but CATS is hilarious. XD Zero Wing was actually a decent game, despite the overused opening sequence. X_X;

I didn't see Fawful; was he nominated?

Sad to see that gravity from tetris didn't make it =P.

I am pleased that one person I voted for made it (Dr. Wily), though I am very upset that Sephiroth is there. Contest over. Otherwise, a very interesting bracket, despite the large number of FF entries, (5 out of 32).

Some interesting villians, even if I haven't heard of some of them. I'd like to see someone other then Sephiroth win this time.

Would it help if I grabbed your leg and begged you to not to vote for him?

Personally, I think the only reason GameFAQs made the spring contest was just so Sephiroth fans will be happy to see him win (since he didn't win during the past 3 summer contests, though that might change if they take out Link & Cloud this year).

Hey, we got the two Megaman villains in there. Way to go team. ^^ Very cool to see Ansem and Sin in there, too (though no real suprise, either).

And as much as I like Sephiroth, I agree; we must unite to defeat him.
