Progress PET questions

I have some questions about the Progress PET.

1st off can you play as other navis becides Rockman??? Like Blues, Tamahawkman, etc

Also can you hack the old chips to do what the Progress chips can do???

i think i can answer to one of them, i think you can only play as rockman in the PETs, i'm not sure... but that's how all of the other PETs are like.

Well, I know you get Blues in the Enzan PET, but other than that I know nothing. I bet you can hack the chips, but I don't think a contact list has been made yet.
