Who had got and or played this? Its SO immencly good. I thought it would be crap, but my wee bro bought it and I havent stopped playing it since, its brilliant!

Anyone else got it?

I've played ALL the Fire Emblem games to date, I'm currently waiting for the new Fire Emblem: Souen No Kiseki for GCN. The series started on NES as Fire Emblem, then Fire Emblem Gaiden.

SNES came and they made Fire Emblem for NES revamped, then they made Fire Emblem 4, and 5.

GBA came around and they made Fire Emblem 0, 6 aka Sealed Sword, and 7. Now they are making 8 which is for GCN subnamed Souen no Kiseki.

Fire Emblem also spawned an anime series that ROCKED!!

PS: Roy first appears in Fire Emblem 5 as a "Lord" character. And Marth was actually named Leaf I think, or was it Alm... something like that!! I have a bad memory!!

And i think Roy appeared in Fire emblem 6, casue in Fire EMbelm 7, u play Roys dad (Eliwood) and it is a prequel to Fire Embelm 6

Roy appeared in Fire Emblem 5. If he appeared in 6, he wouldn't be in Super Smash Bros Melee. Since that game was made before Fire Emblem 6.

If you played the fifth game, he is shown with brownish-red hair for some reason. And white armor, which actually looks better on him.
But enough of that, let's just stick with talking about the new ones.

PS: If anyone needs help on Fire Emblems 1-5, I'll give you info.

I've only played the GBA version, but only because I thought Roy was the main character in every Fire Emblem game. Eliwood was an OK replacement, though.

I played fire emblem...and I'm glad you enjoyed it

Did u get any of the special endings?

U can do so by supporting some characters until their support of each other is A. How do u do that! Make them stand next to each other in battle vertically/horizontally!

My ending pairings were

Eliwood and Ninian
Hector and Florina
Rebecca and Lowen
Lyn and Rath(I just made him support Lyn and left him out)
Erk and Priscilla
Raven and Lucius(Best friends)

I heard there are other interesting pairings like [spoil:a4b53ed2fc] Hector and Serra[/spoil:a4b53ed2fc]

These were the members in my team (more or less)

My favourite character is Ninian! :p I guess I like female characters... even though she's so weak emotionally and physically... she's a super dodger! Almost nothing hits her! Apart from that she's kind of cute ^_^
and the only dancer u'll ever get in the game.

My fav characters are Rath and Guy, Rath cause he is one of the most unique charcters in the game-the only nomad, and he looks SO cool, and Guy cause he is one of the best characters in the game, he has an amazing critical and hes a Swordmaster (seriosly, HOW COOL IS THAT NAME!!) :D

Ive got a lot of support up, unfortunatly, I didnt know that each character could only get so much support, so now Ive got people with about 5 C supports and 1 B, and some people with 1 A and 2 C's ect. And ive wasted loads of turns trying to get support up when I cant, cause THEIR SUPPORT IS FULL!!! HOW DOES THAT WORK Evil or Very Mad

*cough* sorry bout that. Just so you know, Serra's support conversations are amung the most funny in the game-if you must get someones to A, get hers!!

And ive never actually played the old Fire Emblem games, casue they never got released over here-I just know a lot about them

Well... I prefer to use Lyn over guy because they are about the game :p

Unless u plan to use Matthew as well... but Matthew can end uo with Serra... their conversations are so funny...

As long as u get a certain special selected character to A... U can get a special ending

I think Eliwood has 3 gals he can end up with... Lyn, Ninian and Fiora...

Oh well About what u did... I did it the first time I played too...

I think Rebecca and Lowen are very funny also...

U should really pair them... I just kpet laughing when I read their support...at least the A one...haha

If u keep characters together/ next to each other for enough turns... u can support...

U dun have to keep it consecutively because the program logs very turn the support characters stay together...

C level is about 30 turns I think... so I always move the couples next to each other wherevr they go

Support also increases ur critical and other stats greatly at level a... as long as the two characters are in a three square range

With support, Ive managed to get Guys critical up to 66% Evil or Very Mad

Ive still got to complete the game-Im on chapter 26x-with Nino and Sonia, so ive not got that far. My wee bro has completed it, although he as rubbish and let loads of people go down. He also spent about 2 months on chapter 27, when you fight Linus and there is about 100 enemies to fight, so it was funny watching him struggle

this is one of my favorite games for GBA, I almost beat it with a perfect file, but when I let someone borrow it, they saved over it when there were 2 other empty spaces. boy do I regret ever doing that. I'm re-playing it to catch up to where I was before. the support pairings I've done are

Eliwood-Fiora
Hector-Florina
Matthew-Serra
Guy-Priscilla
Raven-Rebecca

i havent seen it but ive heard it lookd SO GOOD

I went over to my friends last weekend, and found out that his big bro had it, and when I looked at his file, i was shocked to find he had people up at lvl 18, 13 15 after being upgarded. I was shocked to see this as I have trouble doing this. I then found it was because he only used the same people over again, and the rest of his people were all below lvl 10 XD

Ahh Fire emblem... One of the best Series' i have ever played

OH and Roy isnt the in Fire emblem 5 his first appearence was in Smash bro's to hype up Fire emblem 6 if i remember correctly because 6 was in development..... The main character of 5 is leaf one of the characters you can get in Fire emblem 4 during the second half of the game and is the son of Cuan and Ethrin other characters you obtain in fire emblem 4

New Fire Emblem on May 23rd! A GBA one.
I've only played the GBA one that everyone's been talking about, because it's the only one in English. ^_^;; I have roms of the other ones, but... yeah. Japanese = no good trying to read.
I thought it was really hard, though... I have a cousin who plays Chess professionally, and she LOVED that game. Oooh my gosh, she was so good! We didn't know about the support system, though, so...
She was so mad when Hector and Lyn didn't get together at the end. "C'mon, they fight all the time, you KNOW they like each other..."
I'm a big fan of Hector and Lyn too, and... mm, I think Eliwood is very cute! Also Kent, I'd always make her use/upgrade Kent... why must Fire Emblem have so many cute redheads?!
