Great pic! The shading job was done just right, and you're right, this is pretty easy on the eyes. I like how he looks so sad, like a child lost in a circus, what with the balloon and all...awww...

Some years ago, Plagued was unhappy about something (don't quite recall what) and I threw together a picture of him with a pink balloon to cheer him up (see here).
The motif seems to have stuck. XD

That would have conflicted with his facial expression XD The shape of his eyes suggests a sad mood (or an embarrassed, considering the slight blush); painting eyebrows in might change that.
Anyway. Decent shading, the metal parts could need a highlight though (to make them look more metallic and, yeah).
What´s done well also are the proportions and that classic Rockman-esque armor on his arms and legs.
What's left to say? Hm, shouldn´t that light blade cast some light on his body? Bright green lines on the 'edges' of his hair, for instance. And the outlines... mousework, I assume? A bit sharp, these lines, but at least not too thick, nor too bright.
Overall nice work. The contrast of back- and foreground lets PO stand out and puts him into focus. Well done :3 |

| Nice pic of pyo. The ballon is a funny touch. The energy scythe could give some lighting effects but it's fine anyway. |
