Eh... Well, why don't you have it so your post count does not go up when you post there, eh? That way, only genuine people will go there and greet the others. :/

And you have my point! People who actually care will take their precious time to greet the people. >.>
For example, I'm not one of those people... I think Greeting Topics are useless... >.> So I don't go to them. But if... Psh... Say Bob over here (BOB->|:^o) wants to greet someone because they care, then they can, and they could know their post wouldn't go up.
