You could have chat here ex. Say you don't want to wait a long time for a reply, and the same rules as the message board.

Also, may I add that most hosting providers are allergic to chat webclients? They suck far too many resources from a server, and it'd hog up Ryouko's bandwidth like crazy. It's a sophisticated way to commit suicide, see. :D
