Rules confined to this thread:

+All current rules still apply

+Please only have one navi per entrant. That is a rule of the official contest.

+Please refrain from commenting on a navi. It can be a way for one to spam. All useless posts will be deleted.

+Do not post ideas for navis. This may guarentee someone stealing your idea. Also refrain from saying "Do not steal!!!"

+By chance, there will be some navis that share the same name. Do not flame others just because of that.

+PMM will cover contest rules, as well as where and how to send. They will also offer translating your entries to Japanese. Do not ask about these here.

+It is recommended that you come up with your own navi. Capcom will use their own previous robot masters that have not become navis yet. You do not need to post your own idea of them.

+Seeing as how the contest was made for children in Japan, artistic talent does not matter. For mediums, you should have a copy on paper. If you do not have a scanner, you do not need to post the image (it would be nice because Josu won't have to waste his time translating things you don't really care about).

+When posting your pictures, PLEASE POST THEM IN LINK FORM FOR THOSE WHOSE COMPUTERS ARE MURDERED VIOLENTLY BY BIG IMAGE FILES.

+You do not need to make an operator or decide HP and damage. That is for Capcom to decide.

+New rules may be added. Check for updates.

+Be creative and have fun :>

The address to write on your envelope. Recommended to write both. Use this as a guide in how to address it.

Your grade level. Recommended to write in Japanese style. The Japanese's elementary schools are grades 1 to 6. Middle school is 1-3 (7-9 in US) and High school is 1-3 (10-12). If you are in 6th grade, you need to write the elementary school letters with a 6 where the 1~6 is. If you are in 9th grade, you need to do it with the middle school ones.

This may be a silly question, but is there an age restriction? I have a feeling that I may be too young to enter. And that's only if I can convince my mom to let me enter! So, can anyone answer my question. Or should I have asked in the channel?

There is no age limit. This contest was designed for kids.

By the way, one thing I and Malik-girl forgot to mention is that you have to put your favorite navi from the EXE series as well.

This is my entry, Decibelman. A sound based navi who can control all forms of sound. I was going to enter him and Goman but I decided to just go with Decibelman.

Nova Palm Blast- Produces little balls of energy contaning millions of explosive atoms

Hyper Nova Bomb- A speeded-up, more intense version of Nova Palm Blast

Zeronics Crash Gun- Puts up his hand and makes energy balls in the shape of bullets

Novaman is a strong, but silent Navi who resembles Rockman and is also very fond of challenging others.

Could you translate for me?

P.S. My favorite Navi is Colonel.

Drill kick (Doriru kikku)

Spiral will attack the center horizontal panels in a drilling motion

Spin slap (Supin surapu)

Spiral will jump in front of Rockman and spin around to slap him

Spin kick (Supin kikku)

Whenever Rockman is on his front panels, Spiral will jump to her front panels and kick all three of Rockman's panels

Spiral is a cheerful navi. Spiral is willing to fight and will hardly give up challenges.

Crashman.EXE

Attacks:

System Crash:
launches 10 missles from back row and each missle does 10 hp

Crash Bomb:
warps to other players side of the field and smashes his drill into one of the pannles, after 4 seconds it explodes in a cross shape. 70 hp

Drill punch:
warps to front pannles and punches with drill arm. 100 hp

Mine:
randomly lays one mine on other players side of field and explodes when walked on. 50 hp

Crashman is very silent and cool waiting for worthy challengers

So far, my favorite existing Navi in the EXE series would be Burnerman.

Now for my entry.

Novaman.EXE
Novaman is a very proud Navi who enjoys a good battle. Whenever a formidable opponent appears, he's always willing to fight he always turns down a weak opponent. Despite this fact, Novaman hates to lose.

Comet Impact: When Rockman is in the same row as Novaman, Novaman will shoot a blast of energy at him.

Nova Flare: Novaman fires an energy beam from the halo on his back into the air, which comes back down on the panel Rockman is standing on and spreads out in a cross.

Solar Flash: Novaman releases a flash of light that blinds Rockman.

Power, you'll more than likely have to change Crashman's name. They don't want designs for Robot Masters.

Noone ever said Robotmaster designs weren't allowed, though I think they'd rather handle the conversions themself who knows, maybe they will allow it.
