i own 1 and beat 2...... And god is the storyline annoying.... just when you think you figured something out something happens and changes everything

I've only played and beaten 1. But I liked it. To me at first the story is complacted as heck but it gets more clearer as time goes by. But they still leave some mysterys to be solved in the later games. Like what's with Chaoses powers??? [spoil:d58d4eaeaf]I mean after all he did save KOS-MOS at the end of the game.[/spoil:d58d4eaeaf] And then there's the mystery of lost jeruslem (or however you spell it)

My only peve about the game is that you never get to second milicia in the game. I mean they keep making it sound like a hop and skip away but it's not. You never really get past the foundation.

Actually, Second Miltia is revealed in Episode 2. It is a nice big place to visit the 2 city sectors, the Moby Dick cafe, The UMN central terminal, Vector Second Miltia HQ, Helmer's office, the space port and the Uzuki residence.

Well I know that you get to Second Miltia in the 2nd game. But I was just mad at the fact that it sounded like you'd get there in like... the middle of the game. Also please tell me the mini games in 2 have GREATLY improved. The only mini game I played more than once was poker. Because it was easy to understand and it came with prizes. And very good ones too.

The only thing that disappointed me was that the second was shorter. I've beaten the first, but not the second. Instead my older brother did, even though I started the game first. He got to stay home for Spring Break before I did. Oh well, I got to see the ending and was...a bit surprised.

I liked the mini games in both.

There were just some parts of the storyline, only a few, that I was sitting there staring blankly at the TV, just because I didn't understand all the scientific terms they used.

I can't wait for the third to come out.

lol I bought the first episode and started playing, then put it down for a while because I got distracted by another game. After I got bored later I noticed it and said to myself "Oh, I forgot about this." So I picked it up and started playing it again. That stuff about it being an interactive movie is pretty much true. You're playing and suddenly you get to a 15 minute cut scene! Then it asks you to save and plays yet another cut scene and then asks to save again after that... Mkay... You know, they could just make this into a CG anime or something and be done with it. lol

In fact, there is a Xenosaga anime in Japan, but I hear it's not all that great. I wonder if it'll make it to the US. Oh and yes, Chaos is my favorite character. ^_^ How come no one has made toys of the robots yet? I was hoping that they would make model kits of the robots from Xenogears, but I guess that'll never happen now. I love the bots! Whee!

The second game might be shorted but god it is also Harder.... I mean one of the first bosses is [spoil:fadc8d92b5]Albedo[/spoil:fadc8d92b5] Who is a major pain to beat and also The second disc has alot less cut scenes and more gameplay And also alot of hard bosses

Do you know in which level you need to be to defeat that strange Gnosis in the Damerung in the EVS? The one that appears where the ES Dinah trasport was. Riding some thing and with two guns. He's really hard.. deals like 700 damage to MOMO in level 41. I really need the tip... Or go with the Patriarch with that shortcut to avoid too many ES battles in the Omega system...

Any ideas there?

Hmm i cant seem to remember that one.... Guess it was a secret boss, i only rented the game and jusst had enough time to beat it..... and i would suggest lvling up and i would also take the E.S path in the Omega system because there are no other E.S battles after them...... Just two bosses

I've played Xenosaga 1. It sure is fun. I'd say, that was the first game where I actually tried to complete everything (skills, cards, rare items, etc.) My favorite character is Shion. My over-used attack of Shion is Lightning Blast (Go, Shion)!

I haven't tried 2 yet. They say the story starts before 1, then skips right to the end of 1.

Sigh the ending of 2 is so annoying.... We finally find out Chaos' real name but a few other Depressing things happen

No one answered my quetsion on if the games in 2 are better or not.

And I really don't like the way some of the charters turned out in 2. I mean there too.... real, if you know what I mean. Shion should have kept her old look I think, Chaos looks like an old man in 2, And Jr. kinda reminds me of harry potter in 2. But without the scar and he has guns insted of a wand. (To tell the truth I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing with Jr.)

Also it dissapionts me a little to only have 1 new party member (Jin). But I am interested in seeing who comes in the other games.

Part of me wants to see Allen fight but that's not going to happen. I mean there was so much charter devlopement with him. He went from wuss to someone who cares. I think that sene with him and Chaos was a very good and emoutional one.

Well, depending on your point of view. I say episode 2 has more drama than Episode 1. But you know why Shion chages her look? Because Allen stepped on her glasses. Plus, no one likes a smelly Shion.

It doesn't have the fancy tech attacks anymore, but the zone system is pretty strategic. Specially of you combine it with Boost. And, good thing they fixed the hard thing for Medica all. In episode one, a single Medica all is like 8 EP. And it becomes 10 EP in Episode 2. Plus, it becomes very expensive ans useless... The beest thing is to have 1 boost, boost one character in the middle of the turn, go to the ether menu and select Medica 2. Press triangle, and if the boosted character also has Medica 2, they'll combine it to create Double Medica 2 which works like Medica all, is a lot more powerful, and is just 4 EP for both characters.

And I had problems when I still didn;t figured the zone system. was fighting against the infected URTV boss, and he was pummeling me... Then with some ramdon Gnosis, I figured the Zone system, and then tried it. I defeated that boss in less than 6 turns with a KOS-MOS, MOMO combo attack.

And it really sucks that the Zohar was stolen by something even bigger that second Miltia... That solves the question of what the hell is Abel's ark.

And the part of the little doggy in the end, made me think for a comical fanfic.

Well it is still unknown if Xenegears will be remade because it is Square's Property and all that.... SO what do you think Chaos is anyway

So do the charters become more useful in episode 2??? To me Ziggy and MOMO were crap. I mainly used Shion (Because she was good with da healing), Chaos (Heavens Rath=Good), Jr. (He's a fricking powerhouse), And KOS-MOS (She got really useless twards the end of the game)

They all have an advatage and a disadvantage.... But it doesnt realy matter because you can switch Characters in battle( wish i knew when i started.... I didnt find out untill untill fighting Margulis)
