rockman zero one Neo-Arcadia stage

When you get to Neo-Arcadia the first time, how do you jump up to the last boss? I am up to the point where when I jump, I see the platform to continue
but there are those disspearing steps. I really tried many times to get the timing right but after the second step, the third one appears on top of my head and I fall down thus having to start over again.

Does anybody have some sort of pic or video that they can aid me? I look at the faq but it just says practice, not really sayiing first jump left, wait, etc.
