Uh....no. Your avatar and the animation are totally different. Your avatar has a border around it while XHunter's doesn't. They're sprites, they're available to anyone at anytime. Just because you have the same thing that doesn't make it theft. Don't do it again, plus, if I remember correctly, you didn't even HAVE an avatar the day it this was posted.

I concure with the assisment of Sketch and of XHunter in this matter. To go along with it, the sprites used are available online from sites such as Sprites INC, and are official. There is also a variation in the animation that makes it highly unlikely that he "stole" it from your avatar. If I were to put a sprite of X on mine and then you put an sprite of X on yours that is the same, does that mean that I stole the sprite from you or that you stole it from me? That depends on the format and the type of sprite that it is.

In short, XHunter did not steal your avatar made from official sprites produced by Capcom with some editing done to them. If you are going to accuse someone of sprite theft there is a way to do so that is in the rules section of this part of the forum. That is to notify a moderator and then allow them to handle the situation.

Could you please say more than that? "Cool I like it" isn't much of a post, and it doesn't really offer anything to the creator of the sprite critique-wise.
