There's a countless amount of changes in the storyline... Though I have no clue why Fireman is always the first Navi to be downed...

There are many differences.
In the manga, Rockman first met Elecman in the Undernet after Elecman was disowned by Count Elec, the Gospel saga was pretty much squeezed into one single volume, Proto actually appears, Serenade makes an appearance, Meijin has a single confirmed Navi, and Shun actually exists.

instead of cross fusion/full syncro. they just have full syncro/satio style, er I don't think Rockman has style changes like the anime, he just fights them. I can't really say because I haven't read them, just on the main site.

Yes, the anime is different from the manga and both are different from the game. Some things are based on the game but only a few things. Saito style for example, appears in manga in a different way and in the anime...... simply doesn´t exists. |

| The manga is very different from the anime. For one thing, it's actually good. The storylines are actually pretty good and I enjoy it a lot. Full Synchro just is much cooler than Cross Fusion and the battles are greater. Even when there is filler, it's interesting. |
