I been wonder have we seen any virus besides level one such as from the game?

The virus I've seen are the swordy series that seemed to be gone and the fishy series. There arn't any red or blue mets

The anime keeps it simple with viruses, very little pallette swapping. I suspect it's mainly because these are the most recognizable forms of the virus that most immediately come to mind. It's also the colour you'll see in the official artwork/concept art for the viruses that the animators work from.

I do recall in the original Aki episode, all three versions of the Black Shadow family were shown before merging into one. Same thing with the Snapper Ninja viruses when merging into one against Knightman in the first Pride ep.
