Battle Network 5 pack-in Chips

According to IGN's article, Battle Network 5 will also have a PET chip packaged along with the game. Each version will contain an exclusive chip that can be used with the Advanced PET.

EDIT: Just to clear things up, Team Protoman would get its own chip different from the chip packed in with Team Colonel.

As to what they are exactly, I dunno. -_-;

If you connect the battle chip gate to your GBA while playing BN4 or BN5,the battle chips you slot in the battle chip gate can be used in the game,so if I slot in widesword into the battle chip gate i can use it during a battle in BN4 or BN5,do you get it?

Well I think TeamOfBlues had "Dark Sword" with it (My favorite chip of ALL TIME!) ...Don't know about ToC though.
