What if he can't afford J-Pop CDs? They are quite expensive and can empty your wallet very quickly. Also, J-Pop radio stations might not play the songs he wants to listen to.
Still, requesting things are against the rules. I'd post a link to a site, but that's probably against the rules as well. |

How does that make it legal?
Not that it really matters; in general, illegal distrobution of Japanese media in other countries isn't frowned upon so much as long as it's kept fairly small. It's somewhat rare to see a Japanese company take legal action against foreigners for it, unless it's available in that country.
