I noticed that the animation style was somewhat similar to that of Teen Titans. _________________

Well, I'm not too sure about the lab partner is a monkey thing but ben 10 seems pretty good. And while being half live action Zixx isn't that bad. And it's from canada but unlike that last two shows I remember getting from canada (totally spies and code lyoko) it doesn't seem to suck. |

Totally Spies and Code: LYOKO are both from France.
And no, they do not suck. As for Ben 10, I've only seen a 10-minute preview on it's website. It looks really good. |

Sorry, I thought it was french candian and I do think they're not too good of shows. Either boring and too easy to figure out or I say "Why didn't/couldn't they do this?" or "If he's so smart then why can't he do...?" too much. I just don't like them. |

Unknown Neo: No, for an example on French Canadian cartoons, try the Donkey Kong Country cartoon. (Animated in France, owned and broadcasted by Nelvana.)
Saying Zixx is better than Code:LYOKO? I fear for what color the sky is through your eyes. Everyone at Toonzone says the show SUCKS! And as for C:L, that has some of the coolest looking fight scenes I've seen in a 3-D show since Beast Wars.
As for Ben 10, well cliched, borrows Teen Titans' ast style and to top it off, might just be CN's next overhyped show considering how many dang plugs it gets during commercials each day. But then again, CN does that with thousands of their shows. To be honest, all I saw of that show was the last ten minutes or so with the fight against that robot. I will say I like some of the designs for his transformations. (Namely the 4-armed guy) |

I don't particually like zixx but I just don't like code lyoko. That's just it. It's my opinion and that all it is. You don't have to listen to it if you don't want to. |

I personally think it looks infinitly stupid. The different forms say the stupidest thins and the adds are oh so very cheesy. Particularly the ones with all of the kids saying what their superpowers would be. "I like fire, do you like fire?" >_> _________________

The kid interview thing was pretty lame. "Something to help me be better at math?" Sheesh... :eyes: But Ben 10 shows promise, and adds originality to Cartoon Network. This could be their finest hour since Naruto!! :D _________________ I am Solar Boy Django! TAIYOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!!!!!

You share the same opinion as the majority of Toon Zone.
My opinion: the adverts are lame, yes, but this will be CN's best show since 2004. |

Code Lyoko, in my opinion, is alright. Their theme song is catchy, especially the synchronized voice towards the end. XD The show itself is addictive- I find myself flipping through channels, and can't help but watch it if it happens to be on. I agree with onen of the previous posters that the 3D-animated fights have smooth movement and look quite nice.
Zixx is... eh. I don't like it that much, but I can tolerate it. I happened to stumble upon it, and it was somewhat interesting, if not a bit similar to Power Rangers- in my opinion, anyway. The acting is horrible, but the videogame part of it, or whatever it is, is kind of fun to watch. It'd make a great videogame, most likely, but unfortunately its uses were put to a TV show.
I'm completely obsessed with Ben 10. When I saw the commercials for it, it looked promising, but I lost interest and missed quite a few of the first episodes. But I started watching it more, and I learned that it wasn't bad at all. I agree that the style in which it is drawn is similar to that of Teen Titans, and though some of the lines are pretty lame, it's still a great show in my opinion. Plus, with the addition of Kevin, who looks like he may turn into one of the main badass villains every cartoon (and anime) has, it makes it even better. I think this may be one of the best non-anime shows on CN. _________________

I found that if I customized the dialogue with my foul mouth, I like it a lot more. It's quite the interesting concept. But the dialogue. Ick...Stop saying, "I'm gonna destroy you! RAWR!" Just say "I'm gonna kill you! RAWR!" _________________ The time is come. Bid farewell to your bloodstained past.

It's still Ben regardless of what form he's in. So he's the one saying the "stupid things" which I think adds something to the show, he's a ten year old, do you expect him to say something mature? .-. _________________

The animation is pretty....and that's about all I have to say. That's only because they did indeed use the same studio as Teen Titans, which is why the show was cancelled. Everything else about the show I simply don't care for... |
