Excellent job. I can't say that I'm drooling for him since I'm a guy but it does give off a certain appeal we aren't use to seeing in Rockman. The design follows N2-0 Night's Shark Soul Girls nicely. I also like that you made Rockman seem so casual about wearing something like that maybe he's trying to impress someone?

Skimpiness aside, I have two things to say. First of all, nice job on the coloring and shading. Very smooth shading, you've captured the anime style very well. Secondly, there's just something kawaii about Rock's facial expression. I can't quite put my finger on it, though. But whatever it is, it overrode the urge to poke my eyes out. XD
