Have you noted that ElecMan's and Bass's faces are similar?

Look my avatar, then go search for an image of Bass.EXE's face and compare. Similar, eh?

If you haven't noticed yet, read the next text.

ElecMan has two "thunders" painted on his face, almost in the same place of the face structure where Bass's purple lines are.

Now check my avatar and the Bass.EXE's face and compare. Now you've noticed that ElecMan's and Bass's faces are similar?

I think that is just for style. I mean, Bass has a different background compared to Elecman. I don't see what the connection would be if they have any.

ya... I don't see it... there's something different about Forte's eyes, too, they have a more dull, distant look to them

This topic is the most insulting to the reader's intelligence I've read in quite a while. It sure took you a long time to "point out" both Elecman and Bass had streaks under their eyes. Yeesh, we're not all blind, it's just not something worth drawing a connection over. Because guess what, a LOT of anime characters have streaks under the eyes. It's just one of those cliché traits you add to a character to make it look more "cool". Bass's eye streaks are actually an obligatory reference to the original series version who also had eye-streaks. As for Elecman, they just decided to throw them in when they made his EXE design. That's all there is to it.

There are more characters with similar decoration on their face in the EXE series too, Glyde for example.
